In a word, LOUSY! Bought a battery on-line, got an acknowledgement of the sale; spoke to store owner who said itd be in on Friday. Got a corporate e-mail notifying I could pick-up battery on Wed. Show up at store on Wed & no battery. Left hand does NOT know what the right hand is doing. Wasted my time - first & last time I do business with them!
