Wanted to make the payment - the machine did not accept credit cards. Talked to a customer service representative - she was constantly yawning while talking to me. Visited the store on 01/07/2016. Complained about an echo while talking on the phone. A sales associate by name MING suggested to change the device. He said that to change to a similar device will be $38. The echo became even crispier and clearer. Few days later I received the bill and found out that $38 were just a transaction fee. He put me on a 2-year contract without my consent and the price of the new device was $89.99. In other words he CHEATED me not disclosing the information. Next day I came to the store to return that new device; they charged me $35 restocking fee. A sales person by name SUSANE said to me that that new device has an actual price of $200. When I asked her from where she was taking this price if Verizon sells it for $89.99 she did not give an answer. Her manager with a long beard was standing next to her watching how she was wiggling in her lies. It looks like that by lying to customers they promulgate their business. Eventually I called the main office and they promised me to settle the matter on assumption of violating the disclosure rules.

Worst custmer sercive I have ever recived in my life. I have worked retail my entire life and I hope Verizon corporate reads this and finds a different way of training their sales force. While some of the employes are great Bassam for example other could not care less about your satisfaction or experience within their store. Have been having an ongoing issue with my work phone and simply wanted to switch it to a older working iphone i had lieing around untill I could fix the screen of my company provided android, this was done yesterday with out problem, only issue being that I could not retrieve my contacts which as you all know are vital. The manager told me that if I fixed the screen of my work android they would gladly reinstate it so I shelled out the 180 and had it fixed. After a long day of work and an even longe time waiting I was told this would be impossible for them to do and that nothing could be done with out speaking with my boss who is currently on business in Europe for the month. While I understand they must follow protocol, dont tell me something can be done, send me on a wild goose chase a a wait an hour in line only to essentially accuse me of lieing and make no attempt to resolve the situation.

I would not recommend this store to anyone. I was upgrading my phone to the iphone 7. At the time, they had a promotion for the Hum device. I was told by one of the reps at the store that the Hum device is free of charge. I specifically asked the rep if I would have to pay any additional fees for this service and he said no. He reassured me it was free. Now Im being charged extra per month for a service I do not need. He failed to tell me that the Hum device was the only thing that was free... not the service. So I tried to cancel this service, but unfortunately now it would cost me $115 to cancel this line, since I have exceeded the trial period. So basically Im stuck with a device that I dont need for two years, until I can cancel and not be charged any early termination fees. Typical salesman treatment. They lied to me.

Went in to upgrade my phone, talked to the manager Vinnie. He told us that he was giving us the tablet and the HUM for free. I didnt want or need either so I wanted to make sure there were no fees associated with it. Vinnie, the manager, told me no charges came with it and both were completely free and went as far as calling them a gift. When I checked my bill, I found out they are charging me $20/month each and I have to pay a $175 cancellation fee per device. When I went back to complain in store, Vinnie, who sold this to me, he told me he doesnt know who I talked to and denied everything. When I called customer service and complained HE LIED TO THEM ALSO AND TOLD ME THAT HE HAD EXPLAINED THERE WERE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH EACH PRODUCT. VINNIE is a liar, avoid him and this store at all costs.

Lying swindling thieves! Came in to upgrade my phone and was told it came with a free tablet. I didnt want/need a tablet, since I already have one, he kept pushing me to just take the free tablet. I repeatedly asked him what charges were associated with the tablet, service etc he said no charges, its completely free. He lied and stuck me with a 2 year contract with a $175 cancellation fee for a tablet I never wanted and never signed up for. The receipt shows the tablet is free, Verizon is still billing me and refuses to cancel it and refund my money even though they can see the receipt. Never work with anyone here. They will lie to your face repeatedly and corporate customer service is disgusting and does nothing to help. Verizon liars!

I had a great experience yesterday! The Verizon Specialist Andrew was extremely helpful and knowledgable with all my questions concerns. He even went out of his way to walk me through every answer I had and also make sure it was done accurately before I left Verizon. My experience was great after coming back to Verizon as a customer in just two weeks. Andrew was patient and really made sure that I was comfortable with everything. I would give him an A+ for great customer service satisfaction. Thank for my experience Verizon!

When I walked into this Verizon Store (on Route 17) there was no other customers in the store, so I was helped immediately. Matthew answered all of my questions thoroughly and broke down my monthly payments for me, something other verizon workers rarely did. He was patient and repeated himself when needed. He laid out all of my options for getting a new phone and explained the pros and cons of each option. I highly recommend this store over the Route 4 one and appreciate all of Matthews help!

David Restrepo is the man you want to see in there! He helped me pick out a new phone when I was ready for my upgrade hooked me up with a great case and suggested the best beats by Dre headphones for my frame. Im absolutely in love with my phone and all of its accessories. David switched everything over from my old phone onto the new one and made it a painless process I cant thank him enough for providing me with an A+ experience!

The sales rep lied to me, I wanted to get a phone and he told me he was giving me a free tablet. I said ok, then got the bill for it. And it says Im in a two year contract with cancellation fee of $170. Store wont accept responnsibility and Verizon Customer Service wont help and says I have to pay the full $240 for a freaking tablet I never signed up for. Stay away from these scumbags!

If you go to this store, do not work with their sales associate named ROMAN. He lied to me numerous times, changed my plan, reduced my data, charged me for a tablet he told me was free and now I am forced to deal with Verizon Corporate in order to try and get this fixed. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN AT ALL - HE WILL LIE TO YOU SO HE CAN EARN A HIGHER COMMISSION.
