Their staff is it knowledgeable enough on devices and sometimes not even in service. The place have the att offers but more often than not they can Only get them done if they have the device in stock if jot you have to miss out unlike their corporate stores that will order and ship it for you. This store have been there for years but it has always been a slow store on sales. The last few times Ive visited its been dead. Its good for a quick transaction.

Every single time I go there, my issue is never resolved. The staff is somewhat polite.. but quite frankly, I feel they are uneducated and dont know what to do. Would never go back if I didnt have to. HANDS DOWN WORST SERVICE.
