My complaint isnt with the service or sales. They were delightful. My complaint is that this isnt really a certified Verizon store. Verizon will not warranty any product brought from them. In fact i had purchased the extended warranty, which, was supposed to cover any and all problems I might have with the phone. Including if I were to drop it in water. I was told that the warranty company would replace my phone with a refurbished one OR if they didnt have the correct phone available then they would upgrade my device with a comparable device. I spent $189 to warranty my iphone for 2 years. It is now 18 months into the contract and unfortunately i dropped the phone and the display broke. I went and tried to get it fixed by Verizon (which is when i found out that that store isnt an OFFICIAL Verizon store). I then called the warranty company and they said I had 2 choices: I could mail them my phone and they would mail me a replacement OR put a hold on my credit card for $700 and they would ship the phone to me and I would have 10 days to ship it back. All this after I paid the $179 deductible. I chose to do the latter. I waited for 6 days with no word from the company so I called them and they said they didnt have any more iphone 4s available so they wanted to offer me $350. That doesnt even cover the cost of the warranty and the deductible. I asked what about the upgrade? and was told that iit would have to go the "decision makers" and i would hear back from them soon. It is 10 days since I lost use of my phone. I havent heard from them. Once my contract is up i will be going to a certified OFFICIAL Verizon store. It isnt worth the aggravation to go to unofficial stores.

I would never go there again huge mistake, I went before Christmas and the sales guy working there tried to stick me with a 16gb iPad when I told him I wanted a 32gb iPad he signed me up, I took it out of the box was only a 16gb told me it was all I needed, I told him I didnt want it, he said he voided it a month later I got a bill he never voided it, 3 months still going back and forth with Verizon finally getting removed after much aggravation. I also got a iPhone which he never set up properly had to go to the actual Verizon store in Paramus on Rt 17. Do not waste your time going to this store it is not a real Verizon store And the headaches you will get from dealing with these just want to sell you something hustlers. They should not be allowed to have just a Verizon sign, I would never go back to a non Verizon owned store again EVER... Worst experience ever and Im in sales for over 20 years.

I needed a new pair of wireless headphones and I stopped at the privately owned store at 170 Essex Street Lodi NJ. I bought the beats sport wireless headphones. I used them the next day and they stopped working. I tried to repair it to the phone 4 times and they didnt work. I brought them back to get my money back. They cost almost 200 dollars. The help their are very young and unprofessional. They said I couldnt get a refund due to wearing them already. They got them to work again but I dont trust them now. I work with computer automation everyday and these young kids say I probably forgot to turn the volume up. If the music worked and not the calls the volume was all the way up . Friggen highschool kids with an attitude. Never go to privately owned store. Always go to a Verizon owned store. A Verizon owned store warranties are the best. Not these little stores.

We were in this store this past week, first to find out whether my phone which was on a Verizon prepaid plan was broken or not. (It was.) After deciding to finance two new phones and switch from prepaid Verizon to a plan, two young gentlemen spent a tremendous amount of time explaining which phones and plans would best suit my boyfriend and I. Thanks to Store Manager Trevor and Sales Consultant Nathan it was a completely customized experience. They were both attentive, thorough, and extremely personable individuals. Above all of that they had the knowledge. I have way too often had buyers remorse after buying a phone which is why I had a prepaid plan prior to this. We both love our phones, our plan is only a bit more than what we were paying for prepaid, and we both have two extra gigs of data now. Outstanding service guys. Thanks again!!!

This was my favorite and best experience at a Verizon ever. Every person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and had great customer service. They went above and beyond to help with my situation with an iPhone when Apple was not willing to help whatsoever. They went to another store to get me the color I wanted. They also looked at my account to make sure my plan was the one that made the most financial sense. I am loyal to this store and will come back for all my future needs and recommend that all others do too!! Also, everyone should get a glass screen protector. It changes the game.

Trevor was a huge help today he went above and beyond in Answering every single question I had . Hes professionally and took time out to make me understand the phone and I couldnt ask for a better employee to help me through this process of getting my new phone he has a bright young future of head of him. Went into the Verizon at 170 Essex in Lodi, and the staff here are outstanding ! I was having many issues with my phone and plan and a gentleman named Nathan helped me out, hes literally amazing. Ive never met anyone more knowledgeable about Verizon products than he is. I left the store beyond satisfied. I will forever come to this location and ONLY go to him, 10 out of 10!

Anthony and Bailey were awesome sales associates who helped us at Verizon. They worked out a great plan that saved us money. Both were knowledgeable, professional and beyond courteous. I recommend using this location for any upgrades, new service or questions. You will be guaranteed ultimate service by both Bailey and Anthony!

My overall experience at the store was fantastic. Isaac and Trevor took great care of me and for the first time ever, I walked out a Verizon store fully understanding the details of my plan and what I was purchasing. I live 30mins away, but that will not stop me from always going back to the Verizon store in lodi! 5 stars..

As always my experience is awesome. Today I meet Chris Garrone who assisted me with my IPhone and was very knowledgeable n extremely patient. The Sales peps in this location are sweet n very helpful. Trevor always greet you with a smile and also very helpful. Its always a delight walking into this store.

The people there were so incredibly helpful. They made the entire process painless in upgrading and were so patient and nice. I got the pixel and was helped by Anthony and another young woman (whose name I didnt catch unfortunately) who were extremely professional and kind. Highly recommend going here.
