I went into this store location after my screen became pixleated. I used the phone a few moments before it happened and left it on my desk next to me (where I sat the entire time). A few minutes later the screen became frozen and pixleated. The guy at the store told me it was cracked even though there was no visible crack and I explained to him that nothing happened between uses. I asked him what my options were and he said you have no options. He refused to help me further and was very rude from the start. He was very combative and lazy in terms of helping out the customer. I went to another Verizon location. The guy at that location took out my battery and put it back in. The screen became fully illuminated with some pixleation. He told me the phone is covered under warranty and to send it in to be replaced. The other store was very friendly, and determined to find out the problem. They believed me when I said it wasnt cracked and proved me right. The other location saved me from having to shell out money for a new phone when there was nothing I did to my phone to cause a voided warranty. I will get the new phone this weekend thanks to the other location.

Ive been going here for a few years now (since iPhone 4S was released) and have always recieved great customer service from all the staff that I have ever spoken to. My job has a business account with them but they (my employers) do not like sharing the "sensitive information" with us, which we need to do anything on the account. The staff is always friendly and patient with me while Im trying to figure information out or calling my manager for information needed to upgrade or make any changes on the account. Either Jack or Sedat actually spoke with my manager over the phone and got her to add my name on the account so I wouldnt have that problem in the future (they may never know how much of an achievement that is, in itself). They have gone above and beyond for me and thats why I will keep coming back. See ya Friday for 6S+

I came here to preorder my Google Pixel XL Really Blue phone. What a great experience from the Female manager at the store. I forget her name but she was just great from beginning to end. Sometimes, when you think of switching from one carrier to the next, you get the thought of a headache because it takes too long. She made this process simple and painless. I would def. recommend coming here because everything was simple and easy to understand from the beginning to the end!

I waited 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was there. When I was finally helped, it took 10 minutes just to buy a charging cable for my phone. As soon as I left, I checked what I purchased just in case it wasnt what I wanted. It turns out, the person who helped me, Frank, gave me a regular USB cable when I specified at least two times I need a USB C. In total it took me 45 minutes just to buy a charging cable. Take the drive to go to another Verizon if you can.

Very unprofessional. The two employees there were texting between each other and giggling the entire time. When asked about phone specs and which one is better for our needs, the only response they could give us was "More people buy iPhones, get an iPhone." I have been going to an actual Verizon location ever since. Dont trust these authorized retailers.

I have been working with Jack, Ali, Marty and others here and their prior location in Carlstadt for about 12 years. I have always received fair pricing and excellent service. Jack has been there since I started with them and is very knowledgeable.

I went to buy a screen protector for a iPhone 7 ($44.99). It was a simple transaction. Didnt want to give my personal information. They refused to ring it up without the info. I walked out. I will not be returning there.

The people are nice, however they automatically sign you up for annoying text messages that check in pretty frequently. I am sure it is probably in their fine print somewhere but, its not a good look.
