An abysmal, abysmal place with god awful customer service. First of all, if you go here, prepare to get dirty looks if you are not of Arab descent. They will provide service, but only with a massive attitude problem coupled with dirty looks. They will make you wait an extraordinarily long time before they even get to you. Customer Service is of no concern to the proprietor here, and he makes no apologies about it. The manager will also bring up topics like 9/11 while having conversation with his coworkers in a lame attempt to make any American feel uncomfortable and awkward. I have no problem with anyone of Arab descent, but the proprietor here is clearly of an older generation and wears his racism on his sleeve for all to see. I am also in the process of writing a letter to AT&T corporate. ANY Other AT&T store is better than this one. Seriously. On the flip side, if you want to put yourself in the shoes of someone who has experienced discriminatory practices by a racist establishment, this is the place to go. I’d consider taking students here so they can get a taste of what it was like being a second class citizen in the 60s.

The Treatment in this store is horrible !!! I dont know about what the previous reviewer said about the manager treating people of non arabic descent differently, The manager is not from an arabic descent obviously he is just RUDE, first of all The manager Jim Karadeniz came late, I had to wait outside with my 2 little children, then when I tried to explain to him what I want he started making fun of it and making other men sitting around who came later laugh ! then he didnt even know the kinds of phones I told him about and he treated me like ignorant when he opened the website the phones I talked about were right there !!!! I left the store so upset, he did not get me any good deals at all and I ended up having great deals on att online, I will make sure to recommend to everyone I know in Secaucus not to step into that awful store, I am an att customer for 4 years and always had a great customer treatment on the phone. att should do som. about this guy ! unbelievably rude !

I would like to thank owner Jim and his son in law Osman for making my transaction very smooth. I have been an at&t customer more than 15 years and I have been getting services from Jim for all my personal and business communication upgrades. He was very polite extending the hours of stay to help me save lots of dollars. I got the Direct TV program for my account and I have 5 lines in my personal account. All of us in my account are very grateful for him giving us a better deal. Thank you Jim and thank you AT&T for great services. Went to this store because I need it a SIM card for my daughter’s new phone; for some reason the incorrect- SIM card came with it, call AT&T they said to go to the nearest store and pick one up; at the store, they look at me like I was lying; give me a hard time ; told me I cannot give it to you in a nasty way ; I just walked out I will never will go back to that store
