I had the best experience here. I had troubles with buying a lg g6 from scam. My heart was set on this phone and i went to activate it and coudnt becuase the scammer still owed money on it. Thanks to Mario and john they were able to work out a lease plan and i still was able to get the lg g6. I would recommend asking for either one of them.

I came in to replace a broken phone and Heidy helped make it a really fast and stress-free process! As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted and was immediately being helped. This will now be the Sprint store I go to if I ever have any issues with my cell phone in the future!

Wonderful experience at this store!! Laury was a great help. My boyfriend and I came in to replace/upgrade his phone. She was very professional, very attentive, and knew what she was talking about. Definitely recommend this store. Exceptional service!!

Worst spring store i have been to. They do not care about their customers. After the sale is made do not even bother going back because they will not help up .If you have any issues they will scream at you and give you the worse service ever.

Had my Note 3 stolen in NYC on a delivery (I have total protection) and it turned out to be cheaper to upgrade to a Galaxy S7 ..the 2 lovely, super friendly hispanic ladies had me out of there with my new S7 in 15 minutes!
