do not go to this store, they do not know anything. first they charge you a $20 assistance fee. which if you call tmobile directly there is no charge for it. they also charge you all the taxes, and again at tmobile corporate they dont do this, and the monthly payment are higher then if you deal with Tmobile corporate. i also have a jump plan and they didnt use it for when i order the new iphone 7. so now im paying for 2 phones. Please call tmobile or go to a company store. this is an independtly own store, and the employees do not really know what they are doing. a very unhappy customer

1 it is closed on Sundays so thats wrong. 2 sell broken phones, and give hard time when you want to exchange it. 3 Reps hate their job and take it out on customers. 4 went to help my mom get a new galaxy, rep goes on brake during transaction, and proceeds to get pissed when i ask another rep to get him. Rep starts screaming at me and says i m arguing, because i ask him to explain what he sold me. Call T-Mobile Promotion he sold me on dosent exists, guy hurried me out of the store with out giving me promotion deals. 5 Always video tape your transactions.

This store is a complete joke. I came in to upgrade my phone and after being here for two hours I finally lost my patience. None of the five employees had any idea what they were doing. Now Im sitting here waiting for a manager. Its a shame that whether calling on the phone or visiting a store that nobody at T-Mobile has any idea what Customer Service really is. I dont know if switching phone companies is the answer but I do know I will never come to this store again. Disgraceful!!!

Horrible service. The person who attended me gave me the wrong information. When I called the store, the person who "helped" me gave me attitude; it was like speaking to a brick wall. I will not mention names, although I should. DO NOT GO HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
