This store is a total RIP OFF! I have an iPhone 5c and I cracked my screen. I brought my phone to be fixed and I was charged $120. The next day I realized that the screen that was placed on my phone was used. It had scratches and dirt underneath the screen. I then brought the phone back and he told me he would replace it. He then gave me what looked like a new screen. After a week my screen started working slow and after two more weeks it stopped working completely. He then instructed me to take it to the Apple Store and I did. Apple refused to fix the phone because a Third Party part has been placed on the phone. The tech at Apple also told me I had screws missing and the screen doesnt even fit my phone! The owner refused to fix my phone and then said it would cost me $180 to fix. (more than the original) This guy is a con artist HUSTLER who sells used parts and pass them off as new. If you want reliable service and a business owner who stands behind his work DO NOT GO TO CELL TIME CELLULAR!!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars because that is what they truly deserve. I went here to get my iphone 6 screen replaced, BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. The guy who fixed my phone took out my home button and replaced it with one that was not even touch ID capable, my front camera was completely messed up, and within a week my screen was completely unresponsive. I went back to him thinking he would be kind enough to realize he completely ripped me off and would fix my phone, but he was very unpleasant in rude with addressing the problem. He told me that i could go to court and see what they would do. Over what, a phone?!??!!? Today i also found out that one of my friends went to this same guy, and her screen is also now completely unresponsive. If you want to keep your phone, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! biggest scammer

No matter what cell phone store you visit, all the products/services are pretty much the same price, EVERYWHERE! . The reason that I choose this location is based on their customer service. I have grown such a relationship with this location to the point where if I need to put minutes on a phone, and there are people in front of me, I can write my information down, attach the money, and walk right out. But thats me. The point is, you need to give respect to earn it, and they will return the favor 100 times more. Thanks guys!

I went in here and new exactly what I was looking for. I needed a phone refurbished, and and OEM motorola charger ordered. All the sales rep wanted to do was sell me a new "better" phone. I told him several times I was not interested in a new phone. He kept pushing it, until he finally pushed me out the door (figuratively speaking). Next time I suggest you listen to what your potential customer is asking for, and not do the hard sell when its obvious that there is no sale to be made.

Very efficient service! Came in with a broken LCD screen on my 6 and they fixed it in less than 30 minutes for $60. Very friendly and great service. Definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for mobile repairs
