Went to the store on Tuesday 10/7 and placed an order. Was told, "We can have them the next day." They werent ready. Called the store on Sunday 10/12 and was told, "They are being shipped from Hyde Park will be here tomorrow (Mon). Didnt get a call so called back on Wednesday 10/15 and was told, "We cant find your paperwork and dont know anything about your order. We will have someone call you on Thursday. Got a call on Thursday afternoon. Caller told me. "Oh we found the paperwork, we dont know what happened, but we can - get this - get the shoes in a few days. No offer of discount for the inconvenience, and lies. Multiple salespeople involved and really not very good customer service for one of their highest rated, and most expensive shoes. Would have been faster and cheaper to order online. In fact, saved $60 ordering from Amazon. Note to brick and mortar stores. We dont expect you to have everything in stock. But lying about getting deliveries, poor customer service, no discount after your failures is a good way to become unemployed.

The gentleman that helped me yesterday didnt get his name, but when I walked in he was really nice unlike the other store I went to. He fitted me for the correct shoe and comfort I needed. I love this store and the customer service here will definitely recommend this store and location to anyone. Thanks for the great service its well appreciated.

I bought new shoes and they started falling apart after just a couple of months. They refused to do an exchange for a faulty product. I will not be going there again as they dont stand behind their products. Thankfully New Balance online was more than willing to do an exchange but not this store.

I have been coming there for years. Kevin, Sarah and staff are fantastic. If you are not sure what type of shoes you need, they will help you. The return policy is out of this world. Though, coming from Merrillville, IN to Orland Park, IL is roughly 1 hr. Its worth the drive....

The owner is ahhhhmazing! She really wants to analyze your gait, your stance, your run...whatever it is that you need new shoes for. I live in Florida so she offered to mail them to my home for free so I didnt have to carry them on the plane. Great expirence!
