Great Customer Service: I had issues with a pair of shoes that I had recently bought at New Balance for use on an elliptical. I called and expected them to tell me there was nothing they could do but instead the manager kindly suggested many ideas on how they could help and asked me to come in at my convenience. When I got there, the assistant manager was already aware I would be coming. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He made the exchange painless and I left feeling assured that I had purchased the right product for the right price.

To say I have horrible feet is an incredible understatement. Any podiatrist or pedorthist Ive seen has been sure to let me know in no uncertain terms. And it had gotten to the point that walking or standing for mere minutes was painful. I bought a pair of New Balance 857 athletic shoes here yesterday, and I kid you not. I am virtually pain free since the moment I tried them on. I will absolutely be going back for something a little more business casual soon!

Wtf is this nonsense? Worst selection of shoes in a "shoe store" Ive ever seen. And then the waiting, waiting, and more waiting to get someone to tell you if they even have your size just to try something on.

Had a pair of expensive running shoes for a couple of months. The back got deformed and I was able to exchange them with no problem. Absolutly worth the money!
