Staff at Nike Running in Bucktown are outstanding. While I purchase a lot of product online when it comes to buying running shoes it is completely worth it to buy at Nike Running. Not only do they video you running to help you pick out the best pair based on your bio-mechanics, but their customer service is outstanding. After a couple of months of using my shoes, there was a wearing away of the mesh on one shoe. And while it was unclear whether this wearing away was regular wear and tear or a defect, the manager of the store authorized a replacement pair. So while it makes sense to buy certain items online -- buy your running shoes in person from the experts at Nike Running.

Couldnt be happier with the way the staff helped me and welcomed me. No kidding, this was probably the best experience Ive had at any retail store in my entire life. I believe his name is Charles, but I could be wrong, helped me look for the perfect shoes for me. Both staff members that were working today on Sept. 14th at around 4PM were awesome! I really recommend this place, I wish I could give it more stars! Ill definitely be coming back here for other items in the future!

I went in today looking for a specific Womens free 5.0 n7 shoe. They did not carry the shoe, but Jason H was extremely helpful. Even though he knew he would not be selling me the shoes, he helped find the closest place where the shoe is located and gave me advice about how to order the special request. It ended up working out great!

Its a nice store. Kind of small though. A lot of favs you wont find here. They mostly carry new items thats just coming out (with limited selections) at this location. On the plus side, if you know what youre looking for, they can order and ship the items to you.

Had a great experience with Nike Bucktown - I was visiting the area when my first gen fuel band stopped working earlier in the day. The staff were super helpful and were able to resolve the issue and get me on my way quickly.

Great staff, very helpful people. Its only a running store for some reason. Maybe because of its size, but they still had a good shoe selection. The staff was super helpful over the phone and in the store.
