Dealing with Bloomington powersports is almost always a painful experience. I brought in some tires to have put on my sportbike that had been lightly used. They told me they were unsafe to use and proceeded to try and sell me their most expensive set of tires. The owner himself is more than condescending and will quickly dismiss you if you are not someone he can screw into buying an overpriced bike. As far as service goes, the labor is cheap but they will take twice as long. I once took my bike to Flatout Powersports in Martinsville and they had the my new tires on in 20 minutes AND topped off all of my fluids, adjusted and lubricated damn near everything and told me I needed new brakes soon. If you can make the trip to Martinsville, DO IT.

Went to Bloomington Powersports to look for a dirt bike for our 10 year old. Looked at one and came home to think it over. Thought about it and got online and filled out the financing application. The application was super simple and quick. Got approved with low payments and interest rates and here we are with a new CRF 110. The guys at Bloomington Powersports were really nice! They made sure we knew all about the bike and when maintenance care needed to be done. All questions we had were answered, even the 10 year old listened :) I really appreciated them talking to us. The mechanics even chimed in and was telling our boy how important riding gear and helmets are. Thank you so much Bloomington Powersports!

I recently purchased a new Kawasaki Versys 650 from Bloomington Powersports. I give them a solid 5 star rating for the experience. The folks there are friendly, helpful and professional. I particularly appreciated the absence of hard sell tactics I have experienced in other dealerships. They answered all my questions and treated me with respect. I always prefer to buy locally and these guys demonstrate why. If you are in the market for a new bike or ATV, this is the place to go.

The staff is really friendly and a good variety of selection ranging from dirt bikes, water scooter, cruisers to sport bikes and ATVs. Prices are kept low considering some other places in Indiana. Website is up to date with current inventory and pricing. Service staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Riding gears are available but the selection may vary depending on time of the year. The building is kind of old and could use a facelift but seems functional.

Bloomington Powersports has a very helpful staff. They were able to answer all of our questions on the different motorcycles that we were thinking of purchasing. They had a great selection on the floor to be able to sit on them to see how they felt. I checked with several different places on prices and they beat the price by at least $800 out the door compared to the other dealers I checked with. Very happy with my purchase from them! Thanks!

Tom and Keith and even Chris behind the counter are always so nice and will do everything in their power to help you anyway they can. Ive bought bikes from Bloomington Powersports since 2003 and since Westfield Powersports bought the Bloomington store it has improved so much! Bought a used 2006 Shadow and was really impressed with not only the condition of the bike but also the time that was spent checking me out on it. Ive only had it a week now but am completely satisfied with it. Had been shopping around for some time but sure am glad I stopped here. The price was right and the people there are good folks to deal with. I highly recommend them whether youre looking for a new or used machine.

Exceptionally amazing customer service, had my GSXR1000 leaking coolant so I took it to their shop. Part wasnt available in stock nor did I have the time to leave it with them, so Derrick was kind enough to take off a radiator cap from his personal bike to provide me a temporary solution until I could find the time to bring it back in. So far my experience here has been great. They are fast and courteous. Bought a brand new 2013 Hayabusa and Race (the owner) beat everyones price and and oredered the color I wanted when no one else wanted. Ive had service done, and everything has been done quickly and at a fair price with no issues. So far, I highly recommend Bloomington Power Sports.

There used to be a guy named Race that lots of people had issue with, but he is gone now. The new owners have really improved the store. I will continue do do business. I went there to find a dirt bike for my kid and was ready to purchase a brand new one for him until I had to deal with this salesman. He was very dismissive and rude. So I did not purchase it from them and will not buy anything from them. He seemed to think that they are the only place around or you cant leave Bloomington to buy a dirt bike.

We had a great experience at Bloomington Powersports. We found better pricing there than anywhere. And although they didnt have what we wanted in their Bloomington store, they immediately located it in the Westfield store and had it delivered within 2 working days.
