Really bad services. The Manager young girl is not professional at all. If the customer knows everything there is no reason you are! I bought a GIA diamond 3 years ago, but recently I found there is no GIA number on my diamond. So today I went to the store to get a better solution. The answer is just send it to GIA by myself?! So there is no after service at all. I called another Jewlery store, they can help their customer. Wont go there any more!
