Extremely rude. Dont even call; they are super rude. I called and asked what kind of store they were so I could find out if they resize jewelry because I have several very expensive family heirlooms that Id like resized. Whomever answered the phone rudely snapped at me "and why would you need to know that?" I said "excuse me?" And he snapped at me again!! Clearly this place has 0 customer service. I told him I was a customer that WAS going to come by and find out about some services and even if they didnt I was going to go look at rings, but that wasnt going to happen now. Ive tried calling back twice to speak to a manager with no luck and when I try to leave a message it cuts off after 10 seconds. Im beginning to think who I spoke to IS the manager. So disapponting I wouldnt even fathom treating my customers or any strangers that way.

First, Ally, I dont known your issue is but you sound a little too entitled to work with anyone. Originally I lost a custom made wedding band from a small shop in Oregon. I NEVER thought I could find anything as beautiful to replace it. I stopped by Latta on several occasions just to look and each time Jay (one of the 2 owners) gave me all the time I needed to look and talk to him about his rings and custom work. After about 6 months I asked Jay if he could custom design a gold and meteorite band to my specifications. He was honest and TALENTED with his creation..Its absolutely gorgeous.He surpassed any expectations I had and the price was very reasonable. Thanks Jay!
