First, I went in with a variety of foreign coins. Got a very good price for the coins. I walked away with $125. However, when I got home about an hour later, I noticed I was missing the $100 bill. I called the store just in case I dropped it there. They looked and found nothing. They asked where I parked. I told them I was across the street. I said dont bother. Someone would have picked it up. Got a call about 20 minutes later. They had gone across the street and looked in the parking lot and found the $100 bill. Amazing! They went way above and beyond. Clearly, they are extremely trustworthy and honest. Also, very friendly.

Dealing with the Falcone family is not only profitable but fun too. The know their stuff and treated me very fairly. Bought some gold and silver from them last year. Sure you can get coins cheaper online but the personal service and fast transaction time was worth it to me. Vince, the son, if you dont know him, can seem brusque but give him a chance, hes a great guy and will be good to you. The other reviewers obviously didnt give him a fair shake. The store is always packed so go in rather than call and they will give you all the attention you need.

This shop is outstanding. They took the time to explain all of the different options with the coins and bullion. The customer service is fantastic. These people are a pleasure to do business with. They care about their customers. I never felt any pressure to buy anything. They are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I wish there were more family run places like this. This the only place I shop for my coins. I can not say enough great things about his family.

I fell in love with the store! They have quite an assortment of all kinds of things in here. Family run operation, Mr., Mrs. were both very nice and friendly. Son came through with chocolate lab while I was there. Mr. helped me with my coins, foreign and US. Very knowledgeable and I felt quite fair in his offerings. Will be taking all my business there first. Great array of coins, jewelry, antiques and theyll even give you a list of stuff they buy.

I have been a customer at Falcone Coins for many years....I have always been treated respectfully by Vince Falcone. In fact, I have sent many of my friends here. Vince and Sal are very knowledgeable. They offer a very fair price on silver/gold. And duh, who wouldnt have their business door locked and secured when they have many valuables inside...common sense....

The only reason, I didnt score this place any higher than 1 is due to the service. I like Sal a whole lot, but Vince can turn a pleasant experience into a sour one. Sal spends his time to build relationships with his customers; while Vince just wants to make a quick buck.I hope Sal will be around for a long time, because I sure hope I never have to deal with Vince.

Sal and Barbra are wonderful to deal with. They have a wide variety of items for the small size of their store. They have things like new and used coin albums, many other stores in San Jose do not! I think Falcones is an asset to the other merchants along Lincoln Ave in the Willow Glen business neighborhood.

Sal was a gem. I had a ton of coins to sell, and he spent hours with me, pricing everything out. His prices were 20% higher then San Jose Coin Shop, and he was friendly to everyone that walked in. His wife Barbara was very helpful and friendly as well. And "Duke" was the friendliest soul in the shop:)

This review is a long time in coming, but the fact that I made multiple 90 minute drives to visit Sals coin shop tells you how rewarding an experience it was to do business with Falcones. He pleasantly surprised me many times with great deals. Always found surprises there (the good kind).

This is not a place to go in and spend an hour looking around. You need to know what you want before you go in. The shop is mostly just for transactions and not for spending a lot of time at. Know what you want before you go in ! All in all its a great place to buy and sell coins

This place was very helpful, the people their were very nice in all honesty. We had gone previously to locations and they were very very rude and mean. This locally owned business ran by a very nice family take the time to help out their customers. Make this your first stop :)

The owners are always nice and friendly. Getting great deals and added insight to different silver purchase solutions. Vince is a retired teacher/instructor so he loves to see the work of art pieces students make. Customer friendly. Nice and Easy to purchase from!

I called in to get a few questions and the guy who picked up wasnt helpful at ALL! Rude, fast talking and just wanted to know how much money i wanted. TOTAL DEAL BREAKER! Find some other place to sell your coins. Only $20 per $1 of silver. LAME!
