Had a watch battery replaced at a different jewelers a couple of weeks ago - supposedly. Three days ago my watch stopped working. I was afraid something had been broken when they were changing the battery, so I took it to Lance Cavalieri Jewelers in Livermore. I told them it had stopped working and had had the battery changed 2 weeks ago. They checked it out and tested the battery. They said it was VERY weak. So it looks like the OLD battery was left in the watch and I paid for a battery I never got. Lance Cavalieri Jewelers GAVE me a new battery for FREE!!!!! Guess who my NEW Go-To Jeweler is?? LANCE CAVALIERI in Livermore!!!!

I have been a customer here several times, and have always had great experiences. Everyone Ive interacted with there has been considerate and professional. Last time I brought in a watch to be fixed, they offered me a complimentary ring cleaning while I waited. The one time I asked about a service they dont provide, they were happy to give me a referral to another jeweler who could. I have found them to be responsive and helpful, both in person and on the phone. I highly recommend them.

I really do not like to give reviews. Rarely I have a GREAT experience. I have to give Lance, Athena and everyone there five stars. They are easy to work with. They let you be comfortable with no pressure. They are down to earth and real. Yes, there are cheaper places whos jewelry is not near to Cavalieris quality. Because of who they are is why I will continue to go there.
