I shopped around from San Jose to Palo Alto when I had some jewelry that I was ready to sell. Glen at Lovelady diamonds gave me the best price of anyone and a relationship was formed. LOVE this place. My husband came in to buy me a gold chain and couldnt decide so the next day I joined him. We all decided my best route was to fix my existing chain but then I came across some very beautiful and affordable diamond earrings. So I scored and got both! No high pressure here at all. Stephanie brought out the things I inquired about and kept us within budget. Well almost... When I came back the next day for the necklace I asked about diamond rings and she showed me what she had and I could not resist.. My fault and weakness not hers at all. She still kept me within my limits and I now have a BEAUTIFUL eternity ring that I will cherish forever. I can not express my gratitude to Glen and Stephanie and how great they are. Glen even brought out a gorgeous 10/5 kt ring and let me try it one because he heard in my voice how much I LOVE diamonds. It was the most beautiful ring I have ever seen in my life. 8kt center stone and then two side stones. Incredible. I told them if my company ever went IPO or I won the lottery I would be back for that one... But so nice of him to let me see it and wear it.
