I love the new store I just wish they had the selection of the larger stores. I have found most of the employees to be very nice and helpful but the bakery has rude people. I happened to grab one of the expensive premade cakes from outta the case and was looking for someone to help me and get a box. When I was finally able to flag someone down after what had to have been 10-15 minutes, I was rudely greeted by someone telling me Im not supposed to get my own cake and I need an employee to help me. I asked why the cases opened from the outside if we arent supposed to help ourselves. The very rude, unhappy lady snidely snapped back at me with "were working on getting that fixed." Well... Excuse me if Im wrong but this is a brand new store, so why wouldnt they just make the glass case accessible only from BEHIND the counter. Why let us open it at all? Or better yet, put signs up!! This was also Christmas Eve! Although I do love the bakerys cakes, I WILL NOT ever buy another cake from there again because of one very rude employee.

Very helpful staff, not the GREATEST selection of food items in some cases, but its far better than shopping at Kroger. HOWEVER do watch out for a cashier named STORMI, she was very snotty and rude to my children. She blatantly ignored my son when he asked to have HEB buddy bucks, then snapped at him and said he didnt ask. (Christ! Hes only 7, how could she talk to him that way! ?) Then proceeded to tell me I shouldve just drove off and left the kids at home my daughter and niece were standing beside me being belittled by this woman as if they werent even there. I think other than this female this HEB would be great.

Store is clean, they keep product on the shelves, meat dept was very nice, produce was clean, deli and seafood were clean, bakery was lacking any appeal though not very big, only complaint I have is not one single employee asked if help was needed, how are you doing, no acknowledgment from my cashier, there was even a manager out stocking and he couldnt acknowledge customers either so dont go expecting any kind of customer service.

So far since it opened this year its been nice shopping here. Regular HEB prices, clean, pleasant staff..nothing extraordinary considering its a grocery store but Im happy its here and plan on continuing our grocery shopping at this location. Oh forgot to mention they offer fresh daily, sushi, bread, cut meats and cheeses and great guacamole!

This location is terrible! I was so excited when I found they were building it because I just love shopping at HEB! But they dont carry half the stuff they do in other stores it is very small and crowded store. I still have to drive all the way to the other HEB to shop because this store just sucks.

New HEB has a really good selection of foods that cannot be found at some of the other local grocers. The layout is a bit confusing for what Im used to and it can often be difficult to find someone to ask for help. Checking out has never been an issue. No matter how busy it may be.

They have almost everything is good besides the bathrooms, and the Im giving it 4 stars is cause the lady that was supposed to be taking care of the cleaning seemed like she was in a bad mood when I asked her her about some assistance

I had gone there for the 1st time during hurricane Harvey, and they were fast,kind, and actually provided good customer service .Its always hard to find that combination any where but they did,will be going there more often!

About 6 months old this is a Superstore. The lines move very fast and you can find anything that you need. The stores also very clean and the employees and the managers are quite friendly.
