Keep in mind that Ive purchased high end citizen eco drive watches from this guy and jewlery for my wife and childrens baptisms. I wont be back but at least he has his $10. I looked everywhere for a certain bracelet for my son. Finally had to buy it online to find the one he wanted and then it needed to be sized. I just have a hard time paying someone $10 to size something with work that took under 60 seconds total. I dont know many lawyers that get $600 an hour and popping a pin out of a bracelet and taking $10 certainly wont win my business on my next shopping trip. I conceded that you have to charge something but maybe this guy hasnt done the math...$600 an hour to size a bracelet, I feel gouged.

Watch repair - took watch in 3 times to be repaired - same issue all 3 times. Final time i did not pick up the watch so the person who did me the favor and picked it up did not realize a piece was missing. I went back trying to obtain the missing piece and a refund of the repair price, being it had not been done correctly once. The owner asked me not to come back ever again like it was i that misplaced the 50yr old watch piece. I was amazed at the lack of respect that i had been shown. I paid for a repair that was done incorrectly 3 times. Mind you it is not a watch i wear, it is a family heirloom that sits around. This is just a warning to all that may think of going here. BEWARE!!! CUSTOMER SATISFACTION = 0

Im not sure how anyone could be anything other than satisfied with the quality, service and appeal of Arlington Jewelers! I have been a customer for 25 years, have sent countless family members and friends to this store and continue to recommend Sal to everyone! The quality of his merchandise is fantastic. He knows many of his customers by name. The shop is absolutely beautiful and his employees are well informed and extremely helpful. I have had jewelry made especially for me and have purchased items right from the case. I have had jewelry sized and repaired and have never had a complaint. Arlington Jewelers is fantastic!

This place is horrible. I went in there to sell a piece of gold jewelry and was told they dont buy back gold. Then why do you have a sign clearly posted on your front window saying "We Buy Gold"! The owener was rude and dismissive. I wasnt even greeted when I walked in the door. He took one look and said we dont buy gold and walked away, just left me at the counter and no one else came to help. I was stunned. Never have I received such poor service and horrible attitude. How do you operate a business with such poor customer service? Buyers beware!

I will forever be a repeat customer with them; they treat you as if you are family. Ive never had a single issue with them and Ive been buying from him for the past 10 years. Never ever go here! Took my Diamond watch to get battery replaced! They said they could do it not a problem! Completely scratched and racked the whole cover which was etched and engraved! Said He could fix!? how can you fix that? Left it with him and give me the backing completely buffed and Polished completely removing the Etching and Engraving! Beware with this place, and then gave me attitude! Never do buisness here!

Arlington Jewelers is a 5 star establishment. They are well versed in customer service and really know their jewelry. I bought a wedding ring for my wife. The ring was the centerpiece to our new beginnings, Sal I believe the owner ensured that my wife was going to love her ring and he was right on point. While I was there they gave me an estimate on my watch and cleaned it also. Thank You, for your service and honesty.
