I walked into this store after while pricing out a repair on my iphone 7 plus. The service gave me a price and I walked out. I ended up finding a place not far from my job who did it for a tad bit cheaper. Just remember *you get what you pay for*. 3 days go by and my phone went black, but I can still hear it ringing. 4 Stores later everyone who saw the phone told me to go see brian at Resque. So I walked in head down and told him ive come back and need his help badly. Brian was very generous and worked on my phone for hours to correct the issues the other store wouldnt admit to! Finally its up and running. 7400 pictures, 219 videos and countless messages and contacts all saved! I cant thank this guy enough for the awesome workmanship, honesty and dedication. Theres reviews dont do them justice.

My boyfriend and I were desperate for someone to retrieve our information and data from our iPhone. We went to the Apple store and they couldnt help us. We tried looking for a place anywhere and everywhere that could help when we came across Resque Phone Repair!!! Brian, the owner, explained everything step by step as to what the issue was with the phone. He gave us options and in the end was able to get the phone running and RETRIEVE ALL OF THE INFORMATION!!! We are so happy to have found such great, fast, and accurate service. He has the Midas touch! Thanks so much! I am glad to know if we ever have another problem we can come here and hell get it fixed and up and running! Thanks Brian!!!!!!!!!!!

Very laid back atmosphere, clean, honest as ever, accommodating and very friendly. I took my Samsung S8+ there for a new screen 8 days after getting it from bestbuy and not having insurance. 2 other stores near the area refused to work on my phone, they told me its to new, they dont have parts and unfamiliar with the assembly. My sister told me about ResQue, so I went in. Now my phone looks brand new! He laughed when I mentioned what the other store told me. LOL cant blame him, great people here. Im relocating to Kentucky and will still ship my phones to this place if ever the need arises. Thank you so much for the great work.

I went in to drop off my iPhone 7 to get the screen repaired and planned on returning in an hour. While examining the phone, the gentleman noticed that my home button wasnt working properly and fixed that too. I didnt get the chance to leave, for during our conversation, the phone was almost finished and it didnt make sense to leave and come back. Fast service--I picked the right day! I ended up getting a nice new screen and tempered glass cover for added protection. Thanks for the professional service. I could have gone elsewhere, but this place was recommended by a friend, the service I received was exceptional.

The Apple store in Somerset and everyone in it are the epitome of everything wrong with America today. There are always a thousand morons wasting everyones time, while the 4 folks with actual problems cannot get help. To make it worse, often the people whos job it is to provide said help, are of absolute ZERO help. So instead of making an appointment 4 days from now, and then probably being told by some hipster that they couldnt fix my phone, I went to Resque Phone Repair in Troy and had a new screen and home button replaced in under 10 minutes.

I should start by saying Im not one to write reviews, but this place deserves all I can do to steer people in need of someone whos trustworthy, their way. After leaving the 3rd repair shop, and still holding a phone that has 14k+ pictures locked in it, I was finally referred to Resque Phone Repair. What a life saver!! Within 4hrs, he was able to repair the motherboard and power my iPhone 6s on, retrieving all my data. The owner was so down to earth, so charismatic, its hard not to write about. Thanks again Brian! Saved the day!! Took my daughters phone to place A and they couldnt fix it and said I needed to go somewhere else. They recommended Brian at Resque. We had a great experience! He diagnosed the problem, gave us our options and recommended what we should do! We ended up buying a phone, he gave my daughter a new case for her phone and he even fixed my screen! Totally recommend anyone with phone problems go there first!! Brian was super nice and spent a lot of time with us!

They went WAAAYYY above & beyond great customer service for me!! I had had inferior work done/parts installed previously on my iPhone. They took the time to educate me. He also "threw in" several extras into my repair!! He took pride in his work and customer service! Talked with a computer and phone "equipment guy" for another company. He was very surprised at the low, low cost of a glass AND battery replacement here! I highly recommend this phone repair place!!

As soon as I walked in, I could tell Brian knew what he was doing. He took the time to get his light out and examine my screen before he told me what he thought was wrong. He didnt just throw out a super high quote before even looking at my phone like every other repair shop did. He always answered the phone and explained the status of the repair. Great customer service and he even threw in an extra! My Galaxy S6 was ResQued and I highly recommend this repair shop.

Very easy, youve got a broken phone, this is where you can fix it. Thats it, done deal. Best techs in town. Trust me, my phone gets dropped, thrown at whoever is in my way (dont ask), dropped in water, and lord knows what else. Ive been to at least 4 other shops around this one, a regret Ive learned from. Luv ya from the whole Taklakula Family!

Hands down best place ever!!! Best customer service, Great prices and really knows how to take care of someone in need . He was honest And respectful. Highly recommend anyone and everyone to go see Brian!! I was actually headed to another place when I caught this store out of the corner of my eye. So I pulled in and lugged my two littles in.

If your looking 4 someone 2 resque any difficulty your experiencing with your cell phone then this is the place to go. Inexpensive, reliable w/great customer service. My phone completely died w/a blank screen & I was crushed thinking everything was losted. Brain restored everything within a timely manner. Thanks for RES-QUE-ING lol my phone.

Fast friendly service at a great price. Repaired my S4 while I waited, not to mention they were the only shop in town who had the needed parts. I brought my broken tablet back the very next day which was also fixed in minutes. I recommend this store to any one with cell phone problems!

This dude was mad cool. Figured out what was wrong with my phone in 20 mins, using microscopes and cameras. Showed me what was going on with my iPhone on their TV. Because of a bad charger my phone burned out. Expert level. All my fam dealing with him from now on.
