Honor to whom honor is due.... Grateful for Vinnie (Store Manager ) and the Sprint Staff at 1850 E. 12 Mile Rd. in Madison Heights, Michigan. Thankful for strangers that without knowing it, ease up the heavy load and make baby steps less painful. Those who know me, know that even though my husband and I have had Sprint for our personal cell phone service for maybe 14 years.....this decision wasnt due to their customer service, especially not to the service provided at the store closest to us. We stuck around for other personal reasons. Back in April after a work meeting, I decided I was ready to upgrade my phone and didnt want to deal with the service provided at the store we used to go to. On this occasion, I decided to stop by this store on my way home, 35 miles away from my house. I have to admit I had never received such an outstanding service in my many years with Sprint. For the first time in many years I was very happy walking out of Sprint. Now, over 6 months later, and after my husband passing away, one of the many things on my "to do" list included having to stop by at Sprint to make necessary changes to our account and also get my phone repaired. After avoiding this task for a while, I stopped at 3 different times at a couple of different Sprint stores looking for options/advise without much luck. This past Thursday, I accidentally ended up going by the same store I bought my phone from 35 miles away from my house. It was 25 minutes prior to closing time. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Not only is their customer service outstanding, but nowadays is hard to find anyone that cares genuinely about their customers. Without going into all the details, I will have to say that I will always be grateful that I stopped by; not only the first time back in April, but again this week, after other frustrating attempts to check this task off my list. I will from now on, drive 35 miles out to this Sprint Store (1850 E. 12 Mile Rd. Madison Heights). Hats off to Vinnie (Store Manager)!!! Because he didnt have an idea of what my day and week (and yes, year! )had been like....but yet he decided to go the extra mile and not only meet my expectations, but exceed them. Hats off to Vinnie for reminding me that some days the sun does shines brighter!

I want everyone in the area to know that the guys at 12 mile and Dequindre are the greatest ive ever dealt with. They always fix my problem no matter what the issue is. On top of it all the are all bilangual and speak Spanish, French, Arabic and chaldean along with English. I feel as if i am at home when i walk into that store. I trust them 100%!!!!! Even though i live in 12 mile and Van Dyke i pass a Sprint store on my way to the dequindre store because i know from experience that they are the absolute best sprint store for miles anywhere around this area! Those guys need a raise!

These are employees who understand customer service. They are courteous, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The store manager, Vinnie, went above and beyond anything I might have expected, in numerous ways, and truly bent over backwards for me. I came in simply to research prices, and during that visit I decided I would be switching to Sprint. Its also important to mention that this is a full service location, meaning they can perform repairs on your various Sprint devices. They made my device work while I waited. I cant tell you how happy I have been with my experiences there.

While the sales Reps were nice and seemed eager to sell me something they provided incorrect information and I ended up spending money I did not need to. I went in to upgrade my phone they wanted me to pay activation fee and taxes to own the samsung S7 edge. I know this is normal, however I was able to go online order the Samsung S7 which is the phone I went into upgrade to, and had to put $0 for pickup today. Which they also stated I would not be able to do as it was on "backorder" sprint stores wide. My advice go to a real Sprint branch.

Just want every one to know that i shopped at the sprint store in Madison Heights on 12 Mile and Dequindre!! I had the best customer experience I have ever had in my life I purchased 2 iphone 6 pluss the rep Marcella :) explained to me how to use my phone to the fullest and also told me that if i ever needed anything that they were open 7 days a week and i could come in anytime if i ever needed anything!! the staff is amazing and they all were soo kind I would refer all my friends and family to this store!

I thhink the person who helped me was named Vinnie. He was very personable. He greeted most people who walked in by name, as if they were great friends. He helped my wife and I in selecting new phones and deciding on a service plan. There were a few minor issues causing us to have to wait, but he took great care of us and helped by offsetting the cost of two phone cases. This was probably the most pleasant trip I have ever had walking into a mobile phone store.

Today I walked into Sprint, only had to wait a few minutes when Vinnie walked up to assist me. I told him what I needed and within minutes he had the phone ready for me. He hooked me up with two cases and threw in two screen protectives for free. There are still good people in the world. After todays experience I will never foot step in another sprint store other than this one! I am completely and utterly pleased with todays experience!

This location was amazing! I walked in on a saturday, early afternoon and was assisted by Vinnie. I have been a sprint customer for over 6 years. I advised him what I wanted and the price that I didnt want to go over. I walked out with 2 brand new phones and paid way less than what i anticipated. He was extremely polite and took care of me :) Total satisfied customer!!! Thanks Vinnie!

The guys and gals over at the NEW Sprint store have been nothing but Amazing. The store manager TED is the only guy that I trust or will ever trust with any of my cellular needs. They always go the extra step and have been the only reason why i have stayed with Sprint for the last 5 years! 1850 East 12 mile rd is the only Srpint store that anyone should ever visit!

Amazing Staff! I had a problem with my IPhone & came in to the store and they tried everything in there power to fix my phone & even though at the end of the day my phone still wasnt working they made sure I was happy when I left the store with a brand new updated iPhone 7 Thanks to the Manager Vinnie & retail consultant Kevin you guys truly are good guys!

Vinnie and all the staff at this store have always been very kind and helpful to me. I am digitally challenged. They help me figure out my phone, understand my bill, and give me necessary information about my account. They also help me get the best plan for my money and usage rates! I sure didnt get that service at --&-! Thank you, Madison Heights Sprint!
