I highly recommend this retailer for phone repairs. I was in a pinch and needed my phone fixed quickly. I gave Troy phone repair a call and they told me to come in. They got my phone fixed extremely quickly and I was out the door. The screen they replaced for me was defective after a few minutes of use so I ran back in and they replaced it no questions asked. Mind you this was all at the end of the persons shift. He was extremely happy to help me and told me to come back if I ever have any issues with the screen replaced. Excellent service and customer support, quick turnaround, and a great warranty to boot. If I ever have another issue I will definitely go back to Troy phone repair.

Had the worst experience!!!! Beware of getting anything fixed with him because he repairs your stuff probably with old used items, because after the so-called " repair " in short time you are right back in to fix the same dam thing again .... I will never go back to him again! Worse place to get your phone fixed he will rip you off! I got my iPhone 6+ screen replaced, and he bent the freaking screen! Its unbelievable you could do such a thing and try to hide it and keep it secret as if nothing ever happened, these are just one of the scummy moves that can occur to you at such place.

the first thing I look for when I enter a store is respect and quality, and these days it is very hard to find a combination of both. I recently cracked my iPhone 5s and the owner was very caring about the customer and their happiness. Also his prices were amazing and one of the best Ive seen. I would go there again. Amazing owner and very good customer service.

Fantastic service. Dropped off phone for a power issue and was told to come back in 1.5 hrs. The port was replaced and my phone is back to normal. Reasonable price and friendly service. This is actually in the T-Moble store, so you might be confused when you show up looking for "Troy Cell Phone Repair".

Just had my daughters iPhone 6s (cracked) screen repaired, Zack is very professional, got fixed within an hour, price is reasonable compared to other places, trust me I called around and it comes with 30 day warranty. Highly recommend this place

Zack is a nice guy who fixed my VERY shattered screen promptly and effectively. Even though my case was deformed from the drop he was able to fit the new screen in and completely restore my phone. I would go there again.
