UPDATE: After seeing this review I received a call from Anthony who is the manager at this store. he asked me more details about what happened and offered to have me come in anytime to have this looked at and taken care of. I did this yesterday and everything was fixed for me. Definitely changes how i look at the customer service at Phone Doctorz. They fixed my phone screen fine, but they broke my other phone. I had my galaxy s4 in a life proof case and we were switching my sim card from that phone to my old phone to my note and he said that he had a tool to open the case. I offered to do it but he said it was okay and when he opened the case the phone fell out and hit the ground. This broke the power button and when I showed him he got it to work one time and said that that happens with these galaxy s4s a lot and sent my on my way. Now that phone turns itself off randomly and the power button only works half the time. Sure they fixed my note screen, but ended up breaking my other phones lock/power button.

I had a galaxy s4 that took a serious fall and needed repair. The staff at Phone Doctorz were extremely polite and made me feel totally comfortable. They gave me a very reasonable price to fix the screen and digitizer. When they found out that they didnt have the right part in they next day air the part with no cost to me. The next day after the part was delivered it was found out that through no fault of their own my phone was pretty much unfixable due to the heavy fall it took. All through this they had made sure to go out of their way to accomodate me by offering to drop the phone off to me since I am fairly busy these days. Since they couldnt repair the phone they promptly returned what I paid and very understanding. Anthony in particular had also given me some advice on another phone I had problems with and that turned out to be very valuable advice. If you need a phone fixed and want some honest and personal attention with no hassle or B.S. than I recommend you giving these guys a try.

I had my screen replaced on the G2 for $116. The phone was in a protective otter box case in my pocket thereafter. The screen cracked in my pocket within 6 hrs of being replaced. No fall, no drop, just in my pocket and that is the truth. They checked it and told me it appears it flexed outwards and broke and in order for me to get it replaced it would be an additional $80.I would have gladly paid the $80 if it had dropped or been my fault, but it cracked under normal use! i walked out and would not recommend this place. I was disappointed and frustrated with their policy and attitude.

This place is excellent. I had an iPhone 5s with a shattered screen and it only cost $99 to have it replaced. Every other company I checked said it would be $120+. The repair time was great too - they had it ready for me in an hour. Would absolutely recommend this place. Excellent customer service, excellent pricing, quick turnaround, and quality work.

Took my iPhone 6 yesterday to fix a broken screen and the tech had it done in less than 30 mins. Great place with a great price, much better than taking it to the Apple Store to have to setup an appointment to setup an appointment to setup an appointment to be able to speak with a technician.

Worst place to get your phone fixed. I fixed a craked screen once they said I have warranty on it for 6 monthns and after few days phone doesnt work no more. I go back they say they dont care its not their problem. Do not waste your money

I was very surprised! I called 6 different places to have my note 3 screen replaced and HTC phone was not charging. No one had the parts in stock and no one worked on HTC. These guys came thru for me!!Very professional & knowledgeable
