Spectacular Insanity
These people are the worst, liars and crooks fitting considering they are located near crooks road. I have always been screwed over in one way or another by Verizon always have promises broken for products purchased but this time they really crossed the line and wasted 2 days of my time. I walked in yesterday to get and Android as I am sick of Apples BS phones the rep I was working with game me a sugar and honey coted promises and deal on my new S7 Edge. only 8 bucks a month and 400 on my trade in and a free VR headset??? deal ill take it. Send me home with the phone to set it up myself and bring in my old phone today to get my credit. Well after going in today and waiting a few hours (I dont care about that part its holidays) I get my turn in line an they guy goes and leaves me sitting there with no word at to what he was going to, After some time I dont really know how long they come by and tell me that everything I was promised the night before when I went in was a complete and utter lie that the best they will give me is 100dollers for my old phone and that I need to spend 33 a month to keep my edge if I want it because the supper good deal they offered me was a complete and utter lie. So now I have to spend hours again downloading all my stuff and setting my old phone back to what it was form before deleted everything. This situation has me beyond angry and upset I will say I will NEVER go back to this location again and I recommend no one waste there time in this den of fools and crooks. Also who every set the layout In this place has no basic idea of designing at all this building has 4 styles and they clash horribly what a waste of money.

August 30, 2016 They dont even deserve 1 Star. The absolute WORST service I have EVER received from a Verizon store. I went into the Store because my Fairly New LG G4 phone crashed on me. I told the service guy what I have done to try to get my phone to work again & his response was, well looks like you have a couple options... 1. Upgrade your phone, I told him I did not want to do that because new phones are coming out in a few week. 2. Pay $150 to get a new phone. I told him no because I plan to upgrade in a few weeks. 3. Go across the street & buy a crappy phone & have him register it. Again, why would I spend money on a phone, when I plan to upgrade? 4. Send a Refurbished phone. I chose that option, but before that, I asked if he could try to trouble shoot what was wrong & he goes, by the sound of it you already did everything... I cant help you any further. Where do you want me to send your refurbished phone to? It would have been nice if he wasnt just all about getting a sale & having me spend money when it was not needed. Learn what Customer Service is Verizon. You guys are starting to be like Comcasts Customer Service & everyone knows they have the WORST Customer service.... Definitely looking into switching back to AT&T.

First of all I do NOT write reviews, but this is an exception to the rule. I went to the Verizon store on Crooks in Troy to see if anything could be done to save my 6 year old Motorola phone. After a few attempts at solving the problem it was determined by myself, my wife and Dominic the store manager that my phone was a goner. I told Dominic that I was not interested in an I phone. So he hooked me up with a new free Samsung phone. Yes there was a $40.00 upgrade fee and a two year contract extension, which I was going to get anyways. He transferred all the information from my old phone to my new phone, which I thought was very nice. He never tried pushing one of the new I-phones down my throat and that I found very refreshing. All in all it was one of my best retail shopping experiences. I would highly recommend this Verizon store to anyone looking for a Verizon phone. Signed, An Extremely Satisfied Customer

I just left this store and WOW, talk about rude! I told the sales woman that I had a problem with my phones charging port; a very common problem that I had spent half the night reading about online. Multiple tech blogs describe this malfunction in detail. She interrupted me to say Id like to argue that all phones have problems with their charging ports. No they dont! The phone isnt even six months old and this is a well documented issue! Her snobby, elitist attitude was apparent during our entire interaction. When I finally told her I would rather take the phone to a different location, she didnt seem to care. What happened to customer service? I dont think she smiled once the entire time I was talking to her. Rude rude rude.

I love Verizon, they have great phone and when u wanna upgrade they have good prices. I recommend going here, Verizon service works up north in gladwin and there out in the middle of no where so if my phone works, Verizon can work anywhere. We been at Verizon over 8 years. My dads been at Verizon since he was a kid and that was over like over 20 years. And if my dad had it that long u know its a good service and I would come back for more. Theyre waiting and service is so good, like a 5 min wait and they explain to u how to use your phone and everything! If anyone has a question just go to Verizon. My fiance has metro and it dont work up north like my phone does..

The employee, I think her name was Sarah, was so helpful with my phone today. I had gone in because my phone kept shutting off and I was very frustrated because I just got this phone. She was super nice, fixed my problem and literally answered all my questions. I could tell she was super busy, but she made sure to take care of me and was very conscious and respectful of my time. I have to say, she was the probably the best customer service representative that has ever helped me. Thanks Sarah!!

Sales associate and Manager very disrespectful would not help at all with, Asked to return a phone that was bought online and would not honer the purchases at all. Call the Corporate number filled a complaint, and Verizon Help line was able to help and was very appreciative. Do Not GO to this Location...!!!!!!!!!! I would at all cost go to an other Verizon Location... Worst Store they have in North Metro Detroit

I just left the store, what poor customer service. I went in to discuss my options and after the greeter asked me to explain that the issue was she then said I will get someone to help. So I waited and waited, until I saw other people coming in and getting waited on so i left. Really, how hard is it to put someone in Que to be waited on ? As I was walking out no response. Poor customer service for sure!!

I may have waited a bit, take a number, but the gentleman that helped me knew everything possible. I purchased a new phone. He explained and took care of making sure all my contacts and pictures were saved. I got his business card and he told me to call for any reason. This is my Verizon Home base! Best service around, great experience.
