Hello, First off, in the past when I needed my old S5 lcd replaced when I dropped it and it cracked they did a great and quick job replacing it although slightly more expensively than I had planned. Regardless, onto why I am giving them a 1*. Recently I brought in my S6. It was not charging and I couldnt figure out why. I knew the charging port was working and intact as it would react to me hooking the charger up, just refused to charge. So I brought it in, there was a larger guy working, not the average sized fellow I worked with the first time. He said it probably just needs a factory reset and they could do it that night for 50$. I came back later when I got a call from a number I didnt know. Wasnt there when they called and no message. Same large fellow working. Asked him if he had called me and if it was ready. He said no, that in fact it was a bad battery which they could install a new one for only 75$. Wont be ready until tomorrow afternoon though. That and the tech guy had just stepped out. Okay, not what I had hoped for but that is fine. So I went in the next day around 1ish in the afternoon. The average fellow that did my S5 was in this time. I asked him about my phone and he looked at me like I was lying to me. Then he went in back, was like it was not ready he hadnt had time to get to it. He asked me what the other guy had quoted me for price. When I told him 75$ he acted like I was lying to him and told me that was way too low of a quote. That even if he had said that much that it is just a bunch of he said she said. Really? He asked me to give him a couple hours and he would call him and get started on my phone. I said okay. Went back around 4. He had it ready, battery was charged to about 92% if I remember correctly. He told me that the battery was in terrible shape and have to make sure not to leave it charging while in use. He did only charge me the 75 though. So I took it home, put it on the charger. The phone was charging abnormally slow and I noticed that he had chipped the glass on the right side. Probably from trying to remove it for the repair. Didnt bother mentioning that to me though. Anyway, I could live with a slow charge (about 1% per hour). So u went to sleep eventually expecting all to be fine. Woke the next morning to find once again the phone was not charging. Now I am rather frustrated. Going through that entire hassle for nothing. Giving them my money and for what? I dont know if he just did some shoddy temp fix to get my money and run or if he put in some shoddy used battery. I dont really care. If it was a matter of cost, could have said something. I would have paid more if really necessary. To try and band aid it though because they dont want to go there and get my money and me out the door. Really? That and the clearly shoddy inter office communication with each other let alone with me, the customer. Come on now. To those looking to get your stuff fixed. I suggest finding another shop if you can. Save yourself the upcharge, lack of communication and shoddy work of this place. Rather disappointed.

I came in initially for a screen replacement from when I dropped my phone. I had a wonderful experience. The guy working there was very nice and friendly. He even price matched. Not even two months later, my phone had a pressure crack near the top speaker and my screen stop working altogether (I didnt drop it this time). The crack was initially under the glass of my screen. It was a weird place for a crack especially since I didnt drop my phone. This prompted me to do some researching of my own. When I looked closer, I realized that the screen (from the side when on a flat surface) it was higher at top and lower at the bottom, not drastically but enough to where it could cause the pressure crack/screen being unresponsive. It was clear to me that either the screen was defective or installed incorrectly. Personally, I believe it was installed incorrectly... The proper term is not "seated" properly. I went back to the store and the same gentleman was working there. He stated he would give me a deal on the phone screen and would only charge me $60, which he claimed that it was at cost for them. We went back and forth for probably at least ten minutes. When I pointed out the seating, he said that he couldnt see it and that my frame was bent (like it was all in my head). Eventually, he replaced my phone screen for free. When I came back in, he reiterate that it was not possible that it was installed incorrectly (because he replaces screens all day) and that the cost of the screen would be coming from his check. There were a couple things that didnt sit well with me. First, the gentlemen working there said that the screen costs them $60 at wholesale (for the I phone 5). I have a very difficult time believing that. A quick Google search will prove that pricing he quoted (for the screen cost) is way exaggerated, especially considering the store would most likely get it at wholesale. It most likely costs them only $10 or less for the actual screen. That right there made me lose my trust in that business. I will no longer go back there or recommend to a friend because I believe that was a flat out lie. Another thing that didnt sit well with me was telling me it was coming out of his own check. If that is true, that would be TERRIBLE business practice. It almost like he said it to make me feel guilty. I felt like I would have been very easily taken advantage of if I was not knowledgeable about the situation and if I would have not stood my ground.

When I first went to this store I needed an LCD repair and a glass repair, these problems were a minor inconvenience to myself and since they quoted $80 I thought I would have them fixed. About a day after the repairs my phone starting experiencing problems with the touch response on the screen, clicking random letters and buttons while I was trying to use it. I returned to the store 2 days later and the guy said that this sometimes happens and he can quickly fix it. It worked well for approximately 2 hours before the same problem occurred again. When I returned to the store again today explaining the problem I was told that I will now have to purchase a whole new phone because THEIR changing of the screen had loosened part of the motherboard, they offered me a refund but only if they put a random broken screen back on my phone! I entered with a small problem and after this whole experience am left with a broken phone and pure disappointment in this stores behavior.

Id highly recommend this place and Nemo(the Tech who I dealt with). My iPhone wouldnt turn on or charge and I had a bunch of sentimental pics on the phone I didnt want to lose. I brought it in and was impressed by how clean the place was, how pleasant and professional Nemo treated me and man he works quick! I also had my phone at the Apple Store for some diagnostics but brought it back to Nemo once I found out it was a Logic board issue. He troubleshot the issue and confirmed that it was irreparable. Not that I expected it but he even was very kind to me on the charge to diagnose it. I was impressed by my experience and will be back if I ever have another phone needing to be fixed. Ive tried myself before and taken days to do what he did in an hour.
