I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and I have never experienced such unprofessional-ism from a reputable company in my tenure. Long story short, in the process of upgrading our phone and having a damaged phone to be returned to Assurant, we were PROMISED that they would return the phone on our behalf. Coincidentally, 90 days later and receiving a $800 bill, my wife and I later learned that not only was the phone not returned but was still in the possession of the store. This, of course, was after being pressed and denying they would ever promise or keep a damaged device, all to have one of their representative walk out with the very phone that CLAIMED they didnt have. Im now being told to pay it or risk suspension. A letter is going to corporate.

Went to this store to get my screen fixed/replaced on my LG V10, and also have the headphone jack looked at. After waiting 15 minutes, the representative told me "you should go next door to Staples. Thats what I recommend". Youre telling me that your T-Mobile branch cant handle servicing of devices? I came in as a customer looking for help and was shown the door because he didnt want to deal with me. I needed to know what my options were and I was dismissed. Refusing business is a bad enough practice but it hurts the brand. I hope another store will accept my business and treat me like a valued customer.

TMOBILE IS TRASH.. GARBAGE!.. YA you save a "buck".. i went from verzion to tmobile and i dont travel much out of downriver.. i dont have service any were almost.. Im going back to verizon wirless. . Im telling you. . Its not woth the 50-80 bucks a month you save.. tmobiles 4g is a joke. . There overall customer service. . Ya its good.. but the wirlesa covarge sucks. . Ita horrible

Walked in when there were 2 customers and 3 employees, 2 of which were helping 1 customer. Browsed the phones/accessories for about 15 minutes until a customer was finished. The employee that helped her went immediately in the back and stayed there for a few more minutes. I walked out shortly after. No one even acknowledged my presence. Horrible customer service.

Its a nice store, looks like its maintained rather well. The people that work there seem nice. I cant really post an in depth review because I dont go there all the time and when I am there its only for a little while. But so far my visits have been well.

2 women working today around 11am. We browsed phones, walked around the store. Waited for one of the workers to welcome us or in the least acknowledge us. Nothing. Customer service is dead at this location.

You get what you pay for. They have pretty good service. It was loud in the store so it was kind of hard to hear. Staff was pretty friendly as well
