I was having a lot of issues because I bought a refurbished phone on Boosts website, and it was faulty. The first Boost store I went to, the one on Eureka road in Southgate, tried to switch my account and they couldnt and the lady was very unprofessional. I was very upset and waited till the next day to go to this location instead, and I must say, this is the one I will go to from now on. John was very helpful and sympathetic to my situation, and I appreciate him greatly. If anyone wants to switch to Boost or needs help with anything, go see John--you will not be disappointed!
