Ive been going to this T-Mobile location since they opened. The sales associates are extremely nice and they arent pushy. I have nothing bad to say about T-Mobile. I travel overseas a lot, and its been very nice to be able to not have roaming charges! Although the internet is slow because its 3g, still better than nothing. If I want 4g they would charge me, so I just dont get it. I also love how I can text for "free" when I do travel (I have unlimited data thats why). Just two weeks ago or so, T-Mobile made it to where you can call international without any extra charges as long as you are stateside. Remember those days with calling cards haha. I remember years ago when I went to Europe coming back home to a 730 dollar phone bill! Its nice to not have to worry about charges. You need your phone when you travel. Trust me. Stick to T-Mobile and go to this location.

I came to the store just to ask some questions, I was upfront about this to the staff and usually that means smug/unwelcoming conversations. However, the staff was very knowledgeable and very nice. The store was also extremely clean too. Unfortunately we figured out that my company does not accept T-mobile as a cell phone provider...so I made no purchases. Tommy D. was my sales rep, so ask for him is you are looking for good customer service! The next time I need to switch providers, I will come here for sure. TL;DR - Store was clean and the employees knowledge and customer service were great. Ask for Tommy D.

I talked to T-Mobile customer service by phone 3 times and I upgrade my iPhone from 6 to 7. I want to return my iPhone 6 this phone was lease for 18 months. Customer service told me you can returned it to any store, you dont need to ship it. I went to store and they did not take it back. I came back home and I called the customer service, they said store have to take it back. Customer service people called to the store and they talked hold me for 5 minutes. customer service called me now you can return the phone. The store people, they dont have any experience, they need new people.

Very clean place. Knowledgeable staff. Sometimes they push to get extra services (they are required by regional manager to do so) but never did they added anything I didnt want. The only issue I had was when I came it to pay a bill. One of alarms on display unit went off, and the only person with the key wasnt there to turn it off. Everyone in the store had to listen to the siren for 30 minutes until manager showed up. Hopefully it wont happen again, or they will provide alarm keys to all employees.

This store has excellent customer service I have worked with a couple associates at this store. Each time I come in I am always greeted right away. Excellent work to associates Sin, Kevin, and Brenda who have all helped me. Come to this store you wont be disappointed!

Waited over an hour there and no associates were available to help me do I just left. Dont know why it takes that long to activate a damn phone. They did spend a lot of time convincing the customer ahead of me to sign up for insurance and buy accessories though.
