Visited this store to discuss rates with someone. I was told I was next in line after another customer. Ten min later a representative finished with a customer and approached the customer who I assume was in front of me. Five minutes later another representative finished up With another customer, checked his tablet for the next in line, went to the greeter at the door to ask her something, walked over to me, told me someone will be with me shortly and went to another customer. For whatever reason, he didnt want to help me. Probably didnt see an opportunity for a sale. If so, hes right. Wont be switching to Verizon.

my phone is only a few months only and the battery doesnt last a full day anymore. the store manager was very helpful, even worked on the cover that keeps falling off to0. i was the only cust. so i dont know about wait time, but he was knowledgable and sent me away with a different charger to try and the promise that hed get it fixed if the charger doesnt help.

Purchased a phones here on two occasions. Good service. I was a little reluctant to have them do the mail in rebate stuff because Ive had bad luck in the past. No problems though, twice. They even let my daughter take home one of their old dummy phones as a toy :) Highly recommend this location over the one on Woodward.

This was the best verizon store experience I have had in over 15 years. I have been a verizon customer since 2001. Honestly, Rahsaan, Eddie, Davis went way out of their way to help me make a decision Ive been putting off for months. I would definitely recommend this location and and these gentlemen to friends!!

Adrian was a great help when I came in to get my new phone. I was waaaay overdue for an upgrade, and he set me up with a new galaxy s6, a case, and even transfered over all my contacts, photos, music, and all that for me. Great service! And I cant wait to try out all the options on my new phone.

These guys are straight up crooks. Fitting that their shop is on Crooks road. I bought a "new" phone from them, come to find out it was used! Dont go here. Go to the corporate store down the road.
