This place defies intelligence. I went in to get a charger because mine broke. Was greeted as I walked in and just told the gentleman I needed a charger. He walked me over to the chargers and I picked out the one I wanted, then went to the checkout to pay and was told that I couldnt be helped because I wasnt in the queue. I told the gentleman I dont need help I just need to pay and he told me he couldnt help me, despite standing at the checkout register. I asked if he was kidding and he said no. So I walked out and bought my charger elsewhere. Clearly they dont know how to think at this ATT store.

Was told when I purchased my Galaxy s5 to not worry about the micro cover on the bottom. I was told that if anything were to happen to said cover that it would be replaced. Well, something happend to the cover and Att will not help and sends me to Samsung to resolve my issue. Samsung wants me to send my phone in... They said I wont have my phone back for 11 days??? Called Att customer service and was told I can trade phone back... But store will not help or do what customer support said??? I should have followed my gut and got an LG G PHONE.... Or stayed with Tmobile

Customer service sucks, I walked in my phone wasnt working they guy told me, thats in head that my phone was just fine, didnt even tell me theres a warranty place next door, (thats connect to them ) they said its my battery to call in insurance. When I called warranty department from my phone they laughed and said its not the battery its the phone and the people where just being lazy and took advantage me to buy a new phone. Also when I spoke the manager barbie, she was worst then idiot I spoke to in person.

Warranty department is completely useless! After wasting my time at the physical location, I had to call into AT&T to get my issues resolved! After calling into AT&T the situation was resolved...again visiting the physical location for the warranty department is completely useless! Do not waste your time! These guys are complete morons!

I had a problem with the national-level AT&T online/call center and bought a phone through an operator. I had a problem with my new plan and the people at this store were very helpful and resolved my issue. I will be back to do business with this store again.
