What an awesome experiance we had at the Verizon store in woodhaven. Chelsey R. Helped us decide the best options for our wireless needs. We had Comcast and the service was great, but the cost was outrageous. We had been researching options for the last few months. She helped us go over the pros and cons and let us decide. There was no high pressure sales, she was just patient and kind. Ultimately the combination of her treatment and the cost savings made our decisions no brainer. Ive already referred her to several friends and family. Thanks again for the great service.

After 15 years I dumped Verizon today FINALLY! The manager at this store behaved as if he just didnt have the time for customers. His female employee was rolling her eyes 2 minutes after I walked in. After that I said I wanted to cancel my account but she couldnt even pull up my info lol. I drove across the street and got 2 new phones and more data for half of what Ive been paying. They also diagnosed the problem with the Verizon phone in 2 minutes flat -corrupt SIM card. All I needed was politeness but you cant find it at this location.

Terrible! Ive had Verizon for almost 17 years an this is the worst Ive been treated. Unprofessional young employees!!! I asked to have insurance placed on my phones, spoke with the employee for 5-10 minutes about it. He said it can be added to my bill so I told him to please do so since I had a year left. I found out later he didnt add it and made up some story about me not wanting it. The kid & the store basically called both my wife and I a couple of liars. His word against ours... Stay away from this store

My experience was more than helpful. When a employee goes the extra mile every time I walk in to make sure Im satisfied it really helps with the security of my trust in the employees. Chelsey and Eric were more than helpful when i spent a majority of their time during my visit and were nothing but helpful and really made my visit enjoyable. Kudos to the store in woodhaven

One star is being generous. There is not one associate working at this store who is properly trained to diagnose and/or solve issues... No privacy...they require your password to gain access to your account, asking for it with others standing around. They do not verify your ID. Very!!! Unprofessional!!! Run away....very fast.

I stand 6 tall 250 lbs with a big black cowboy hat. I understand they see guys like me a lot in MICHIGAN. Guy walks in after me. They obviously new him because they were saying hi and he brought something to them. They took him before me. Guess I was not easily seen

This place is a joke, its under new management, and its still joke. Unprofessional kids working there. They have no idea what they are talking about, and they make you wait around for hours just to take care of one other person.
