Im writing this review while sitting in my car looking into the store with 6 employees behind the counter talking. Im 100% supportive of a happy crew and positive environment and can clearly see one of them trying to do a data transfer. My problem is that I came in and went to the kiosk to pay two Verizon bills, and wanted to upgrade one of my definitely eligible lines today. Where the payment kiosk is located you are directly in the walking path of every employee trying to get back there (all but one employee went there, one was on the floor in a sale). My biggest concern is that after each employee walked past me and did not acknowledge my presence, I slowly walked around every item on the wall, looking at cases, then awkwardly stood by the whole group looking at the accessories for a few. I was in the store practically BEGGING for help, showing all of the possible buying signs I could with the exception of directly asking all of the employees for assistance. I got nothing. I physically purchased nothing because thats the treatment that I received, which is very dissapointing because I walked in with the intent to buy a phone and I was surrounded by employees with no desire to say hello.

As always going to this store is frustrating. The website says they open at nine, but the door says ten, so we had to wait an hour for them to open. I was dealing with a repair/replace issue for a cracked screen. In order for my personal particle insurance to replace the phone, my phone company had to say they couldnt repair it, and theyd only replace it. That part was easy! I walked in and they said they cant fix a cracked screen (Even told me it was against FCC regulations-LIE) I told him this was great, just needed him to print out something that said his location doesnt offer a repair for that damage.....Took calling the 1-800 to get this resolved. How hard is it? If you TELL me your store cant repair something, you should be able to WRITE something down saying your store cant repair something. At least calling the 1-800 number was awesome, she called them all idiots.

Verizon overall is a great service. Definitely premium. Thats the only reason Im rating the store quality good. Its very clean, so theres your appeal. However, my sister was lied to by the middle eastern looking gentleman (no name tag on) regarding a restocking fee. As soon as we walked in, he went into the back room. Arie and Jassmyn are very cold and unprofessional. Jassmyn was more concerned with shooting glares at my sister rather than even paying full attention to her own customer. Im with T-Mobile and very happy, however I would NEVER switch services to Verizon based on how this store is run by unprofessional sales reps.

As a former Verizon rep and a customer of 11 years, I am very disappointed by the service I received. Not only did I have to wait over an hour to complete a transaction that took less than 10 minutes, a customer who came in 30 minutes after was helped before I was. Not only that after explaining my frustration with having to be come to this location 3 times in 4 days due to the same issue, the rep I worked with did not express empathy or offer anything for the inconvenience. The reps need to go to Earn the Right training again as they clearly did not understand the concept.

Real friendly staff, helped my fiance and me upgrade our phones and talked us through the best options! Even made sure we got the best type of said phone, and were funny and friendly the whole time. If you had a question they had an answer. I forget the ladys name who helped us, but she was very popular there, had regulars that came in just for her help, and after dealing with her I can understand why! If we ever have problems, or when our next upgrade comes around we will definitely be going there!

Really large cell phone store. Nice inside and very well set up. Large selection of the latest phones, tablets, accessories, and so much more. Of it is a mobile device, they most likely have it. Probably the best cell phone store that I have ever been in. Dont let the average size store front fool you. This is really big for a cell phone store. They take your name when you come in, you can walk around and browse and call your name when someone is available to help you.

Horrible - as usual. 15 staff members but it took over 20 minutes to be helped. Someone walked right in and up to the counter before we were assisted after signing in. This visit was especially wasted, wanted to purchase new phones ($$ in their eyes) but couldnt because one line was 8 DAYS ahead of its renewal. Called another store and they said we could go in 7 days early, which we will but certainly not to the Taylor store. Horrible customer service as well.

My only complaint is the wait time before I was helped. They could use more employees to move the line along a little faster. It took 2 hours to add a phone to my existing line and to make some minor adjustments, most of this time was spent waiting. The service and quality of the phone(s) were great. The man who helped us with the changes made me aware of some opportunities to save money, so it seemed he genuinely wanted to help me.

This Verizon is the worst. I went in to get my phone fixed and they told me Id have to take it up with insurance. I then take my phone to the Dearborn Heights Verizon, and they tell me that my phone had a recall, and that I can get a totally new phone for free and no contract. This is not the first time Ive had problems with this Verizon. The wait is horrible, the service sucks, and they are slow and dont help the customer.

This is the worst Verizon store ever... you wait 2 hours, NO MATTER what you want to do either paying a bill or buying a phone. They are RUDE and dont care, all they want is commission! I went to the one on Northline and Dix Toledo next to happys pizza, instant service, I was greeted within 5 minutes and got a phone for $100 cheaper than the one on Eureka quoted me for.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Seems like 10+ employees and 0 (ZERO) Skill at customer service. Do yourself a favor and drive past this one and go to the newer SOUTHGATE store on Dix and Northline. 2 people working when I went in. Got in and got out in 10 mins, was treated with respect and talked to like an adult.

They dont care about you at all, they never give you the help you need. They did not inform me on the recall I had on my phone. I heard about it through a friend actually, I said Verizon did not tell me and she said "yeah probably because you go to the one in Taylor". RUDE.

Store is clean. Some of the staff arent totally familiar with all the services Verizon offers. Its bad when a customer knows more. I had to go to a different VZW store to get what I wanted. Guy was too lazy to even try and look up what I was talking about or ask anyone.
