Two months ago we took a phone in because it had an issue with volume. They swapped it out in store and TOOK the broken one SAYING they would send it back for us. This store never sent it back to tmobile or lost it before, whatever. But now tmobile has held us responsible for a broken lost phone and charged our bank account without permission $800. For a phone we turned in! That was broken! I will never return to this store, tell everyone else not to as well and we are dropping tmobile now completely. Worst customer service.

Reggie was awesome, it took 4 separate visits but he helped me fix a problem both Google and TMobile couldnt solve. 5 out of 5, awesome job bro.

Heck no! We ended up spending over 400 because of a rep in training. Then received bill with more issues because of this store
