To tell you the truth, I use to drive past by this tmobil location purposely and go to the one on Telegraph because of the rude service I endured. I decided to stop today to pay my bill and Wow the positive engery overwhelmed me, what a difference. Reps smiling and amazing Manager helping me out. Awesome customer services today at that location. Not sure what you all did but you definitely made a great decision on the team I experienced today...Thank You Fannita King

They didnt have updated equipment to transfer any of my data to my new phone that I was going to receive. Each time I came in it took 2 hrs or longer after days and days went by I decided to refund my warranty exchange because their was no way to restore my backed up data. An audit of equipment needs to be done at this location. This has been a terribly exhausting experience. They need help from corporate

I had an awesome experience today at this location. Will was amazing! The customer service I experienced was top notch! I felt satisfied with my purchase and I would definitely be back. I didnt have to wait in a long line and they acknowledged us as soon as we walked in the store. I would recommend this store to anyone! Please keep the great customer service!

Worst store we have ever been in!!!!! We have been with T Mobile for over 13 years and have never been done bad like this store did. From the employees to the manager. Only person that did good was Al. We would never shop at this store again and if we can help it we will tell all our family and friends not to either. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

This T-Mobile Limited location is GREAT! Johnny Y (the manager) is VERY helpful and is very attentive to his customers; answering any questions you may have. If you stop in, tell him "Samuel" sent you, as hes now a buddy of mine from a long-term customer relationship.

I love this store and thier team. Those repersentive were so heart warming, The greet when I walked in and help me find the best phone. They explained my bill and I havent had any problems since. This manager was very nice and she was very patient with me.
