so pissed!! we set up service on the phone with Verizon and I told them we wanted the Iphone and it was to be insured - but we went to the local store to pick up the phone for my son. They screwed up and didnt put insurance on it - so my TEENAGER has a phone worth NEARLY HIS ENTIRE LIFE SAVINGS just broke his phone and we are NOW finding out that its not insured. So - now were out $900 or whatever that phone cost - lasted 6 months... im fuming!!!!

No wait at all! William was great - helped me back up my phone, check for new updates, and he put new glass on my phone, perfectly done. Thank you! Id definitely rate the service at this store 5-star. Ive always gotten good, friendly service here, and today was no exception.

Always very helpful when I go in this store no matter what my issue is. They also explain everything very clearly and if they cant help, they contact customer support to get issues resolved. Will always go here when I need help with my phone or account.

I left after waiting an hour and a half theres only two people ahead of me extremely slow I understand making a connection with a customer but when theres quite a few other customers waiting making them wait an excessive amount of time is unacceptable

Switched over from Sprint. Matt helped me get a new phone and saved me 250$. Would have given 5 star but screen protector they sell wasnt working right. But they did give a full refund on the protector when I went back in a week later.

Had to do a warranty claim for my phone and they were very helpful with getting this done. Will receive my replacement phone within 24hrs, you cant beat that!
