This is from my visit on Saturday 9-12-15 at about 10::30 AM. For beginners, this store is a dump. The floor was filthy and the stock on hand was poor with items missing from the wall units. The employees did not want to be bothered so I am not sure if they did not have their morning coffee, or if they were not happy to work on a Saturday morning. Regardless, I did not see anything that warranted the other glowing reviews on this site. I needed a charge cable for my iPhone 4S. I entered the store and I got into line at the counter where the employee was talking to a customer, and he was trying to sell her a new iPhone. I waited patiently when the customer gave me an annoyed look. This seemed to bother the employee as he was in the middle of his sales pitch. He asked what I wanted, and I told him that I wanted a charger cord for my iPhone. This "employee" then motions at one of the wall units and grunts to me: "Theyre over there." He did not direct me to another employee for help. He did not get up out of his chair, nor did he ask me nicely to wait. He continued on with his sales pitch while another associate stood idly by not doing anything. I work in the service industry for a major telecommunications company and this was, by far, the most pathetic service I have experienced. If this is the kind of outfit that Sprint goes to sell its product, and for the prices that I am charged, then I will go to Verizon. Sprint would do best to remove its name from the building. By the way, I purchased the charger I needed at a Meijer Store. It was fully stocked, and it was clean.

Have dealt with this store for 8+ years when I havent just ordered upgrades online. Always friendly, always down to earth. Sometimes a bit slow, but it usually seems like theyre dealing with one of those customers that "knows more than them" about repairing their phone or whatever the issue is. Store has always been clean. Never had any issues though.

The employees are scam artists and will lie just to increase their sales. Ex: they cant sell a phone to you unless you purchase a case or a speaker etc. Thankfully there is a sprint corporate store in Radioshack on telegraph now!

Never enough ppl working and the fact that i had to find my on replacement cell phone while mine was getting fixed was quite inconvenient. I will most likely be switching away from sprint in march
