I would give no stars if I could. Im a rep at a premium retailer and was not able to do the promotion on my line in my store. I drove over an hour to this location because they had the phone I wanted in stock. HOW RUDE could they be? I was tossed around from salesman to salesman and when the one who finally helped me started to help me he was incredibly rude. THEN he didnt know why he couldnt fix my account. Made fun of my credit, didnt take the two seconds to read his email to notate that a certain part of their program was down and finally I got handed a completely dead phone. When I inquired about the LG Tone Plus Bluetooth he informed me that they were the latest and greatest. I told him of the Ultras and he told me I was wrong. Surprise, I was right. I asked for my husbands discount (Hes former military and the account is in his name) and again he mocked me. Saying a military ID and Veterans card wasnt enough. When I told him what plan I wanted to go to he made fun of me. I had unlimited data and used 30 gb a month. I had just installed wifi at my house and told him that and he laughed at me and told me I would never be able to stay that far under. I streamed movies and got cable and internet I wasnt worried. He put on the wrong plan and messed up my plan so bad Verizon sent me a $47000 bill. (Imagine my face when I got that!) While waiting because it took them an hour to upgrade my phone. (takes me 10 minutes) I went and grabbed my three year old out of the car (dad and brother stayed in the car) I then told them I was a rep at another store and he loudly made fun of me INFRONT OF MY SON. I asked for them to transfer my contacts and pictures and he loudly sneered "Go do it at your work we dont do that here" I reported that store to the district manager and SURPRISE I was told I was wrong and I wasnt mistreated and to go higher up "If I felt like it". HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE.

My complaint with this store is limited generally to the "service representative" Michelle. I drove over an hour to this corporate store with the hope that a manager here could move up my phone upgrade date by one month, as customer care had advised me that they could (my Droid 2s touchscreen had stopped working, essentially bricking it). I waited for Michelle, the acting manager, for an hour as she was selling and upselling phones to a family ahead of me in line. When I was finally able to speak with her, she insisted that she could not help me, being merely the manager on duty. I inquired as to whether she could call one of the store managers, who had left for the day, to get authorization, and she said she could not (an absurd claim), and finally said she would not. It was fairly clear that at 4:45pm on a Sunday, Michelle simply didnt want to take the time to help a customer in need when it might have meant her having to stay an extra 10 minutes past closing time. Her lack of concern, her unwillingness to help, and her downright rudeness were appalling. Avoid this store, but if you must go, avoid Michelle at all costs.

Ive gone in there a few times mainly because its the closest corporate store to me. Every single time maybe with the exception of one time, I have had extremely rude service. Some of the worst came from two male managers. They were so bad I called the 800 # and filed a formal complaint on one in particular. They just dont care if the customer recieves any help or not. They refused to activate my phone because they knew I would be sending it back but they couldnt send it back without it being activated. I had to drive to Auburn Hills for them to help me. I just dont understand on one corporate store can have such poor customer service. I know not all of the staff is horrible, but some of the managers need to go (if they havent already).

Lying sacks of ... I have found this particular store to have some incredibly unprofessional workers and management. Took one phone in from Sprint and they were "unable to get it to work". Ended up putting a sim card in at home and had no problems. They lied right to my face just to get me to pick up a new phone contract. That should have been an indicator but no I had an upgrade to a phone later this year. Turns out they upgraded the wrong phone so now I am stuck paying on a phone I no longer have and unable to get an upgrade on a phone that needs it. As this was their fault, I expected at least a call from the DM but all I got is lip. Save your time and money go down to the corporate store a few miles down the road.

Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went in to upgrade my phone, been with them for over 15 years, was informed I could upgrade 6 months ago just never got around to it until now. Gave them my cell number, they tell me sorry your not on the account as an account manager, ok what next, your wife Cindy will have to make you an account manager in order to upgrade WTF are you kidding me there is nothing you can do to help and get this taken care of nope! your not on the account really I pay the bills, you have my cell that is listed on my bill but you cant help with anything Sorry your customer service Sucks!!! Movin to SPRINT!!!

I dont write reviews, but Mike went so far out of his way to help me get an ongoing issue resolved that this is the least I could do. After spending hours on the phone, for days, getting passed around different departments through Verizons Customer Service, Mike stepped in and helped me make the final call to resolve the issue. I doubt he had any idea what he was getting himself into. He soon saw the frustration I was going through, and after two hours of getting passed around, he took care of it himself. I also worked with Cameron and Hass. You all are great!!! Thanks again!!!

Horrible customer service, but one would come to expect that from a horrible company which is founded on greed and exploitation. This stores employees are in love with Apple for some reason and do everything possible to steer customers into their products even if they come in interested in Samsung, HTC, or Motorola-based offerings. They treat them as a "back-up" plan which is insane, as the Android-based phones oftentimes offer far superior benefits than Apple at a fraction of the price. Are they all commissioned by Apple or something? It sure seems like it.

I have always been happy with my service at the Lake Orion location. Nathan helped me today. He was very patient and professional. I would refer a friend or family member to him. The wait times are short compared to other locations. Ive been here a few times and waited about 5-10 minutes to be helped, as opposed to the Rochester hills location, where its not uncommon to wait an hour. (They will also schedule appointments with you, when some locations might not, which was the reason I chose to visit this location today).
