Every time I need anything at all I go into this location, which is closest to my work and home. I usually deal with Joe, and he is absolutely phenomenal! He always does his absolute best to get me the best deals that we can get. He has sold me on 2 phones now, which both I loved! He takes his time and I never ever feel rushed at all while making my decisions. I highly recommend going to this location just to have Joe help you with whatever you need. I have actually never had bad service from a single person at this location. They are always so friendly and cheerful and I thank them for that. Its very hard to come by these days!

Impossible to get any type of face to face customer service at this location. Over the past few visits Ive spent the accumulation of 45 minutes to an hour, just standing around waiting for someone to assist me. This location is always understaffed. If I have the same experience at another T-Mobile location...Im starting to shop around. With the amount of money these carriers make, I would think theyd be able to hire some additional product specialists for the floor.

I recently switched from metro pcs to T-mobile and dealt with the representative Ashan. He was fast, efficient and very professional. He was able to dish out a rate plan that I didnt see online. He goes out of the way to make sure the customer is satisfied. I enjoyed his service and would recommend my friends and family to him.

I have purchased two Android cable chargers from this location and they BOTH broke in less than two weeks. I paid $15 dollars for this charger and they just completely stopped working. No damage on my part- water or otherwise. Extremely frustrated and currently browsing elsewhere for my now third charger in under a month.

Wow what an amazing experience. I would just like to say this is the best T-Mobile store I have ever been to in my life and everyone inside of this Store was more than professional. Especially Sean the sales associate and Steve the manager. Very professional and helpful! Defiantley going back.

I live right next to another T-Mobile store in Rochester Hills, but I always go out of my way to go to this location instead. The staff is helpful, friendly, accommodating, AND they are generally just great people to talk to about tech. If you gotta go T-Mo, go here.
