I have never written a review before, but I had such great service at Batteries plus Bulbs in Auburn Hills that I should give the guys credit. Scott and his coworker (sorry, I didnt get his name) went out of their way to answer questions over the phone before my purchase, reprint a receipt I had lost for a previous purchase to get a rebate, and even carried a couple of heavy boat batteries out to my truck after my purchase. With the good prices, product selection and great service I highly recommend and am sure Ill be back in the future. Thanks

Stopped in when I was refereed there for a new cell phone battery by T-Mobile (a story in itself that my cellular service provider sent me somewhere else for a replacement battery for my "under warranty", cell phone). Anyway back to Batteries Plus, they were friendly, Knowledgeable, and sincerely wanted to correct my problem. Since my first cell phone battery experience, I have been back several times for watch battery replacements, and the crew here never disappoints. Thanks AGAIN.

Purchased a battery for a Yamaha SXViper online with the 10% discount, arrived in store and the one recommended on the site was not the correct size or CCA. Lisa double checked the CCA and found me the correct AGM version on the shelf. She also honored the 10% discount on top of it. I saved $50 and got the correct battery. Really happy with my service!

Good selection, they sell some of the components for making your own battery packs, they carry many consumer cells, motorcycle batteries, deep cycle batteries, and other related items (like flashlights, chargers, etc..) Service is spotty, some employs honor the online pricing coupons and others dont.

Not excited, computers were down when I arrived to pick up my battery. After they rebooted it still took 15 min to get out the door. Rather go elsewhere pick my battery up and save 30 min.
