When I bought my phone and service, they were very nice and professional. Couple times after that, having problems with my phone, the staff were really knowledgable about the phones and features. Since then, no one on the staff could care less. I had a phone that couldnt receive calls after an update. They could only offer to upgrade me for $90 and start a new contract. Very rude and couldnt care less if they lost a customer. Will change providers as soon as the contract it up. By the way, Verizon knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in moments.

Went into to the store at 6:50 PM on Jan 5. Gentleman who was working there was more concerned with listening to his headphones and talking to a friend on the phone than in helping me. I told him I needed help to understand how to remove a phone from my account. He told me to call *611, re-hooked up his earplugs, and proceeded to listen to his music and talk to his friend. I have four phones and spend $1000s of dollars with Verizon every year. Would prefer to be a customer vs a bother.

Went into this location last night and was helped by Arnold. Arnold was extremely helpful in setting up my replacement phone. He just took over and transferred all of my data and made sure everything was set up just as my old phone was. He went beyond what other customer service reps have offered at other locations. This will be my new Verizon store for sure and hopefully Arnold will be there in the future to help me because he absolutely made my experience perfect.

I had a horrible experience at another store and got no where with my issue. I stopped in here and they were more than eager to assist me and solve my issue. When the other store i went to failed to give me the time of day these guys acted like it was a pleasure to fix it for me. I just wanted to say THANK YOU for not just making me feel like another number but more like an actual person. Thank You and keep up the good service guys!! :-)

Terrible service from this retail location. Go to a Corporate Store if you want to honest truth about your account. They tell you tablets are free, and then go behind the scenes to change your contract without your authorization. They should not be allowed by Verizon to even use their name...gives Verizon a bad reputation, when it is simple a dishonest retailer trying to take advantage.

Dan and his team have been fantastic. They are friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to take time to help you out. I have had a couple of issues with my "synch" in my car and they have patiently fixed the problem as well as shown me what to do. Top notch service!

The rep waited and stayed after closing to help me get a new phone when my phone broke. He never rushed me and took his time to assist me and transferred all of my info. I would definetly recommend this Verizon store for the great customer service he gave me!
