When I first went to get a new screen on my daughters iPhone 4S I was happy with the store. The prices were exactly the same as the other local stores. The counter personnel were friendly. The only glitch was when I went to the pay they clerk asked that I pay cash instead of credit card because he "had a problem with the machine". He even accepted the total minus the tax since I didnt have exact change. My problems came 2 months later when the screen started to lift off. Internet wisdom seems to indicate this is due to a lower quality aftermarket screen. Since I obviously have no record of the cash transaction and it has been 2 months, I went to another local shop. This one has been in business a lot longer and, hopefully, uses better parts. ***Update*** Upon reading my review, a representative from the store immediately called me and told me that they would have fixed the screen for me and that they have a 3 month guarantee. Also, I would not need to produce a receipt because they had it all in their records. The clerk at the time never told me about any guarantees or any thing else, so who knows. Like I said, their staff were all very nice, as was this caller. Still, the screen lifted off, so this part was not up to standards. This store has very friendly and helpful staff, but at least this one part or installation was not good.

Saved me an incredible amount of money and time! Verizion wanted another 2 year renewal plus I had to upgrade my phone, $20.00 more a month on my bill, pro rated additionally, it would mean a new case, Nitro glass cover and I would lose the last year on my Protect Cell contract, so another $100.00 on that as well as another $200.00 for a new warranty contract from them. Protect Cell required a $150.00 deductible to send me a refurbished wiped phone. Samsung required that I ship my phone back to them, plus an obscene amount of money AND I would be without my phone for at least a week. I was referred to Quick Phone Fix and I cannot tell you how professional, sympathetic and kind they were. He asked me what the issue was I told him that I could not hear anyone when they called and they could barely hear me. I had to use speakerphone for every call. Did I mention the free diagnoses?!?!?! I signed the paperwork, he took the phone back to the amazing tech, 7 minutes later I had a phone that worked and the cost was $35.00 I will never hesitate to recommend or return for future repairs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Who says customer service is dead? This was one of the best service experiences I have had in the last whenever. The group is well named -- they fixed my phone quickly (while I waited -- maybe 20 minutes?), and they did it (what I consider to be) VERY inexpensively. Rony is the one who helped me, but while I was sitting in the waiting area another service person came out to go over what was done with another customer and I was also very impressed with the interaction I heard between them. The "Authorized AT&T store" told me the problem could not be fixed and Id have to replace the phone. I tried to fix it myself, which almost worked, then took it in to the REAL AT&T store where they told me they could not help with my connector problem but to go to Quick Phone Fix. THANK YOU AT&T GUY! Quick Fix was so good I am not going to bother with the hassle of internet ordering/finding good youtube directions in the future. (I had done everything right when replacing the charging port except I damaged one connector when removing the wire and --oops! -- had the wring port).

I took my drone, my DRONE, to 3 different shops, 2 computer repair and a cell phone repair shop to repair a broken compass connector on the motherboard. They each told me that the board is unrepairable for basically the same reasons. 3 years ago I took my cell phone to a place called "Quick Phone Fix", 139 S Telegraph Rd, Pontiac, MI 48341 for a screen problem. They repaired it but it still had a problem. I took it back in and they made it right immediately. I decided to give them a try. The technician (big guy with a tat, nice guy) looked at it for 5 seconds and said, "yeah, I can fix it. Give me a half hour". I came back 25 min later and it was done. He asked if we could test it out in the counter and voila, fixed!!! He charged me just $50. I offered to throw down a little extra for lunch and he refused. Do yourself a favor and take your business here. No one can do better.

I normally hate giving reviews, but I had to respond to this place of business. My daughter cracked her ipad screen and needed it fix. We called around and checked reviews for each place of business. I came across the reviews of Quick Phone Fix and even their negative reviews they answered in a positive and friendly manner. I called and their prices are what others are charging which is fair. Their services are impeccable. They said itll take around 2 - 3 hours but got it done in 1 1/2 hrs. He suggested to buy a glass protector for the ipad and I agreed and purchased it. I asked if they have one for my Galaxy Note and he had it and put both glass protectors on with no screen bubbles! If you are looking for fast and friendly service as well as a clean environment this is the place to go.

Maverick, you and your staff was unbelievable today. Pricing, quick service and honesty. I broke my galaxy s7 edge screen. Every place that said they repair them lied or they gave me a price so ridiculous that I would say no. I spoke with a nice young lady of your staff on the phone. She stated what she could do and the price. I drove for one hour. I came from Ann Arbor and you gave it to one of your staff and stated it would be 1 hour. After asking if I wanted any refreshments you directed me to the nice waiting area. 30 minutes later you stated my phone was ready. It looked and worked great. I dont know who taught you business 101 but they would be proud to see what you learned. I will shop at your place again. Thanks again for a great job.

This place is amazing! My son recently cracked the screen on his iphone 5s and we called Quick Phone fix and they said they could fix it in 20 minutes or less for 85.00. We drove over and they were very friendly and explained the same thing in the store except they said it would take about 10 min. They have a very nice waiting area with a sweet HD TV. They had some sports on and before I knew it eight minutes had passed and they were done with the repair! That was fast. I have waited in the McDonalds drive through longer. Thanks Maverick! My son and I were both really happy with the great customer service, friendly atmosphere, and amazingly fast repair!

These guys are very nice and easy to deal with but they changed the screen on my at s6 the middle button no longer works correctly and the control buttons are now blue. theyre response nothing they can do about it yet they didnt tell me this would happen before the changed the screen now I have to get a new phone, so overall not happy. If they would have told me that these issues were possible that would be one thing but instead i get my 650.00 phone back ,that looks and operates like a 300.00 phone. Loose loose I would rather have the broken screen, at least then my phone worked properly Theyre is no way this was a oem replacement
