Worst customer service ever. Stopped on a Monday to learn about the new Samsung Galaxy S5 and plans since I wanted to switch two lines from sprint. Talked with catrina left and called on Wednesday for an appointment for Thursday at 230pm. Showed up 10 minutes early and was told she forgot about the appointment and was in Novi. Was told be the door greeter I would be placed in que and 9 people were ahead of me and catrina who I made the appointment with "hoping she would be back by 3". I made an appointment so I would not have to wait. Expressed my displeasure and the door greeter said a manager was on the phone and would be over to talk to me in a minute. 10 minutes and no manager. Got up said I was going someplace that cared about customer service and was told to "Have a nice day". Good customer service is not a difficult thing to provide, you just have to care.

I purchased $1800 in equipment at the Novi store the day prior to coming to this location. One of the techs at the Novi store put the screen protector on one of the phones crooked so a part of the screen was not covered. I figured I could come to this location since it is closer to have them fix it. At first they said they would, but when they found out that the original purchase and installation was done at the Novi store they said they could not help and I would have to go back to Novi because they dont want the liability (we are talking about a $20 screen protector). Poor customer service and problem solving skills. Since they cannot share issues with other stores I will make sure not to share revenue by purchasing all goods from the Novi corporate store which has always been a pleasure to deal with.

Horrible experience. Came in there hoping to find a better deal than what I had at Sprint & now im stuck paying my own cancelation fee & with zero help from the 5 people i spoke to on the phone & the manager at this store who was useless. My advise, dont fall for something that seems too real to be ACTUALLY TRUE. I didnt receive a pre paid visa card, the sales rep i had spoken to never told me how the break down would be. It was obvious i was not eligible for the card & he proceeded to sell me out. Very unprofessional. Im out of state now & no one could help me. Take your service elsewhere. SPRINT was much better than this with costumer service in finding solutions & satisfying their costumers. Like anyone else. They just want your money.

Cant say enough good things about this place. I drove from further away based on the reviews and the service didnt disappoint. Tony D answered all my questions and helped me transfer my wifes New Every Two discount from her line to mine. I upgraded my phone for Xmas and also got a screen protector (which was not purchased at this location). Tony offered to put the protector on the phone straight out of the box. Good choice, indeed. No air bubbles, properly aligned, and no chance to get a scratch on it on the way home. Service was fast and friendly. Tony was super knowledgable as well. Ill be coming back to this location once Im ready to upgrade again.

I have been a customer with verizon for probably over a decade. My phone was giving me trouble with a clicking sound and a little glitchy. I left unable to even cut my phone on. They had the audacity to ask me why I had not taken it across the street to Best Buy to the Samsung rep after they broke it. My response was because Im paying Verizon over $100 a month and I didnt even purchase my phone from Best Buy? I could write much more, but dont worry, I will buy all of my products from Best Buy from now on!! Thank you Best Buy!

I came to buy a new phone on the day of its release. Must not have given good commission because the sales person said about two words to me the entire time and never looked me in the eye when they did bother to speak to me. I felt like I was just an inconvenience. I felt kind of embarrassed like I didnt belong there or something. They handed me my bag with the phone and just walked away. Never offered to sell me a screen protector or a car charger, which I wanted to buy. Guess Amazon gets that money instead.

Expect a waiting period as soon as you enter the store for your turn to talk to a representative, its not bad since it gives you some time to explore the store on your own. Tiara, a solution specialist helped me and she was very good at what she did. I received a wonderful customer service. I wouldnt buy phone/tablet accessories from any wireless service stores since they are pretty costly or say I get better deals on Amazon/eBay.

Customer service reps are pushy at best and downright con artists at worst. I went in to upgrade a cell phone. They signed me up for an insurance package I never agreed to. They were trying to force phone cases on me and when I didnt want one, they essentially told me to get out instead of waiting for my phone to complete transferring data.

Not sure how you can be a store and have one Samsung Galaxy phone in your inventory. Followed by poor customer service. I get better service through my Verizon App than I did in the store 30 min wait without any result.
