I bought a brand new phone which got very hot during charging (later found out it was a faulty charger) ... Instead of just exchanging the phone when i went back a day later. The guy said it may be the charger but didnt even check or offer a free replacement charger. Instead they wanted to inconvenience me and send me to another location. I checked it myself.
