I purchased all 6 of my phone here and never had a problem until my 83 year old mother needed a downgrade to a flip phone for easier use then after she didnt like it tried to return it and there policy is not to return upgrades , this is a franchise 1 of 17 that seem to be designed to rip you off every chance they get if you want to return a phone. With a purchase of a new phone and a $25 upgrade fee plus another SIM card to go back in the old phone we decided to keep the flip phone, Cricket corporate is very easy to deal with so they gave me a credit to make up the difference.their contract is on the counter that you must read before you make any and we all know how much we love to read before we purchase a phone thats why I was a little disappointed when she did not tell me by the way if you upgrade you cannot return your phone just to let you know , thanks Rachael (buyer beware) I will from now on be ordering my phone online. by the way I purchase the new Asus Zenfone that they do not sell in-store and I love the hell out of it
