Bought a new iPhone 7 plus. Drove over to target in the same parking lot and bought a case. Phone has zero damage and hasnt been dropped. Noticed my camera lens was cracked same day I bought it when putting the case on. Verizon wouldnt do anything. Say I did it even though there isnt a mark on the phone. The manager was worthless. I guess she worked there long enough to get promoted because she couldnt do anything except recite policies. I wish I could be that dismissive at my job. Oh and Sasha needs to learn how to read the brochure on the iPhone 7. She said its IP68 rated which means its water proof. Its actually IP67. She was so confident about the rating she guaranteed it. Sounds like she went to Trumps business college of alternative facts.

Mr. Marlo Green was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and took very good care of us. We had been to two other stores (Novi and Northville) and had been very disappointed with their service. Marlo took time to figure everything out and set up our new iPhone 4S and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. This was by far the best service I have received since Ive been with Verizon for the past 8 years. Verizon wireless stores are a dime a dozen; However if you want great service and pleasant attitude, come to this store and talk to Mr. Green. On a side note, we have been back to the store since and have noticed the other employees to be just as nice as and knowledgeable. We HIGHLY recommend this store.

I just left the store after standing in line for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me. Granted Im dressed for work so Im not in a suit and tie. When the man in a suit and tie did walk in someone appeared out of nowhere to help him, immediately. Maybe I dont look like I have enough money to buy a phone, I dont know. But I do know that I wont be coming to this location for anything ever again & I will be sure to tell everybody I know and come in contact with, NOT to come to this particular store. Social networking is a beautiful thing. More businesses should read these reviews and take them seriously. Both, good and the bad.

This place seems to always be busy. My recommendation at this Verizon store would be to get here early. The service is really good. They just dont have enough employees running the business. Also, if you did not know this Verizon store is privately owned. This is not a certified Verizon Wireless store. That does not mean youre getting anything less than the best. It just means if your account is at a certified Verizon store you might want to go back there for service.

im always meet with coldness at this store. I live kiddy corner to it and I would rather take the time to go to the one at westland mall than this one. No one every seems to enjoy their job there or maybe because Im just a young adult female I am not important enough for them to care about my customer service. Since I do live so close I have gone here a few times out of convenience but the service has been terrible each time so I am totally done with this store.

I just recently upgraded to a smartphone for the first time and Marlo and Marcus really took care of me. They bent over backwards to find the phone that best suits my needs (Motorola Bionic) and not just the phone that everyone seems to have (iPhone). I feel confident in my purchase and I will certainly return to this store in the future. I received much better serviced at this coporate store than at an authorized dealer.

Tammy - the store manager is very friendly and helpful and really goes out of her way to help the customer in any way possible! I will be going to this store from now on. I will be encouraging my friends and family to do the same from now on because she really is helpful and believes in customer care.

2 people in the store. Took 20 minutes to talk to somebody because they were all "busy helping other customers" . Saw 3 associates on their personal cell phones giggling and doing nothing..... Then couldnt even upgrade my phone 2 weeks early paying the 200$ upgrade charge. whatever. walked out.

Best Buy was no help to me with my defective phone (that I bought from them) so I ended up coming here. The staff was very helpful and took care of everything quickly! They already have a replacement phone in the mail! Ill be back to this store next time I need anything!
