Do yourself a favor and take your service to an actual Verizon store. I took a phone in to get activated and ended up getting scammed. After telling me they couldnt activate the device because I wasnt an authorized user on the account(which is completely understandable) they essentially made up various steps I would have to complete to get said device activated. Not only did the suggested steps turn out to be complete BS, they proceeded to sell me a bad sim card(which Verizon stores give out for free). After two days of trouble shooting with Verizon, trying to figure why my phone wasnt activating, I broke down and took it to a different location which was an actual Verizon store. They informed me I was sold a burnt out sim card which they also said is common practice of authorized retailers and that sim cards are in fact free at any authentic Verizon store. I took the faulty sim card back to GoWireless for a refund and got a condescending "sorry, we doing give refunds on sim cards". So not only did I get sold something that is typically free, It was also broken. I get that theyre running a business and trying to make money but what kind of business doesnt offer a refund on a faulty product.... Pretty disgusted in this place personally. Theres a lot of nice reviews on here about the customer service, I guess I just caught them on a bad day.... Nevertheless, Im never going to a retailer again.

Switched from sprint to Verizon and they put the incorrect address so my device was not able to be returned within 45 days now sprint has turned my bill into collection agency because Verizon never sent the money for my bill. Very bad service since they did not know own how to make the Verizon switch work correctly and effectively. I have contacted Verizon multiple times still have to wait three more weeks for them to review the issue and then send the money. I am ready to switch back to sprint.

Walked in curious to switch from AT&T, and to possibly get the pixel phone. Well not only did I get convinced to switch, I was helped and directed to a better phone based on what I use and what I was seeking. I must admit I was very satisfied with everything. Would return again in the future.
