Incompetent! The two knuckleheads they had working here are completely incompetent and should not be left to run a store when they have no clue what they are doing. I went in to switch from Verizon and had my number ported over to get a deal. They had the most difficulty porting my number over saying that I didnt know my own phone number and that it was invalid after about a half an hour they finally got ported over then my real trouble began. When the idiot that had no clue what he was doing attempted to activate my phone he ran into some issues where it was asking for . $100 rather than 10 for the phone and it did not ask for the monthly payment. After struggling for roughly 45 minutes he called somebody on his phone and tried going through it with them and could not so he had to go to a chat site to chat with cricket corporate. When he spoke with cricket corporate they told him the account has already been activated and all he needed to do was take the first month payment and it would be good to go but this completely incompetent idiot couldnt fathom how he was able to activate the account without taking payment and completely ignored the chat service and said well we cant activate your phone youll have to come back tomorrow. When I inquired about what the tech guy said on the corporate site he said well that wont work they dont know what theyre talking about. So I askedh if I could just leave the payment for everything with them and in the morning they could activate the phone. They agreed that would work and that I could be on my way. Upon leaving the store the phone that I got from them work I was able to make and receive calls and download apps and stuff. Thinking that I was in the clear I woke up this morning with no phone that was active and when I tried to figure out why it said that I had to make a payment. I figured no problem Ill just use my verizon phone. Well theres only one problem with that they took that number and put it on this new phone so now I cant use either phone and I have no phone at all. All these inconviences and they did nothing to discount the phone or service because they screwed up all they wanted to do was wave the activation fee which they do for everybody. I will be speaking with the manager as soon as they open and I want this sorted out now.
