I have Cricket as my phone cirrer & Iv have had them for around 3yrs & iv never had any droped call or any phn. Turn offs because a late fee because they let you set a altu payment plane so every month on the same day they take out your payment. & what is real nice is the day before they send you a txt saying they are going to take out the paymet for the next day & when they do that they send you a txt saying they got your payment that is so alsome they need more cell phn. Co. Like them in MI keep up the good work Cricket Wireless. Ooo at this store the young Lady that help me & my sister that night was ALSOME & was very helpfull 2 thumbs up
