completely awful service, i went in there because my phone was damaged by water and screen wouldnt come on and they told me it was the screen and so i decided to purchase a new one which was $125.00. kevin said " if there is anything we cant fix youll get your full refund". after about 3 weeks i finally got my phone back and it didnt work and they told me there was something wrong with the mother board, and no i didnt get a full refund but i did get ripped off. also when i called another phone repair shop they told me it was the mother board immediately before doing any money transactions. theirs also a sign in that store that says "water damaged, we can fix it" which is false advertising. these guys are complete rip offs, i do not recommend it.

I went to this cellular repair shop on December 3rd because I had a cracked screen and my charging port was no longer working. The cracked screen I could live with, but I needed to fix the charging port ASAP. I looked for repair shops online and I found this place in Livonia. When I entered the store was immaculate. Alex was very friendly to me. He fixed my screen and my charging port in less than 25 minutes. He even gave me a phone case for $3. After servicing my phone he cleaned my iPhone 6. I was very satisfied with his work and conversation. I will definitely be back for any future phone repairs. Thank you Alex.

This place was awesome. I dropped my phone and was very upset because screen went black. I thought I was going to have to buy a new phone but when I took it to this repair center they were very friendly and in very reasonable time I had my phone looking brand new. Not only was the repair fast but it also cost a lot less then I expected. They also sold me a case for my phone so I wouldnt have this issue again if I dropped it. Great customer service, all around 5 star experience. Highly recommend!

Kevin was awesome!!! I called ahead of time to compare prices, I made a mistake by telling Kevin the wrong phone. When I got there he was extremely understanding & worked with me! He was extremely fast & even better was able to fix my phone within 45 minutes!!! Got my phone fixed and two days later went back to tell the salesman about a issue with my speaker that he told me he fixed and now he wants me to pay another $30-50 to fix it on top of the $135.00 i already paid to repair the phone! My speaker worked fine before the repair! The owner reached out to me personally after my visit and took care of my problems with no hesitation! It is greatly appreciated! Definitely will do business again if I need repairs.

The customer service at this place is amazing, they do professional repairs. I went in with my Tmobile iPhone with a cracked screen and Alex fixed it in no time. He even did a free diagnostic on my phone because I was complaing about my phone keep dying. He suggested a new battery. Now my phone is working like new !!! I highly recommend this place for any cell phone repairs . Go see Alex and he will take care of you !

I was experiencing issues with my phone about a month after being serviced at cellular repair center I brought my device back in to be looked at. Alex was so accommodating and nice! he fixed my device free of charge under the 90 day warranty the have. I will always come back here when my iPhone needs repair. I also like that they are about 25 dollars cheaper than most places who fix phones

If you havent been here before you need to go. The only place in Michigan that will take care of you like family. I have saved hundreds on my screen. If youre looking for a high quality repair service center then this is the place. I dont just talk highly about places like this unless Im very impressed in the work and how they treat there customers. God bless this company.

Unbelievable service! This company does everything in their power to satisfy their customers. I witnessed it first hand with myself and the other people waiting in the store at the time for their phones to be fixed. Very inexpensive and friendly. Also gave me a screen protector just for waiting 5 minutes longer! Everyone should get their phones fixed with these guys!

This place is awesome. My sons iPhone5 looked like it was run over by a truck and Josh at the Middle Belt store in Livonia had it looking like new in less than an hour with a great deal on tempered glass and a new, more protective case...great store with outstanding service. I hope nothing else breaks but if it does Ill be sure to head back to this place.

Brought my phone in with the earpiece not working and when I put it up to my face the phone would not dim out so I was pressing all the buttons when talking to somebody they fixed it for a very cheap price and have me out the door in about an hour great people great prices will return again for all my cell phone and iPad repair needs. These guys are fast, great and have amazing prices. I will always refer this company to my friends and family when they need their phones fixed.

The LCD broke on my phone. I went to iPhone repair at 6:52 and they close at 7:00. Justin was more than hospitable and stayed late to repair my phone. Nothing like great customer service. JUSTIN SAVED THE DAY !!!!!!! I highly highly recommend going to iPhone repair opposed to the Apple Store. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH !!!!!!

After dropping my phone right before my flight to Punta Cana I was in a panic! When I showed Alex the damage he was able to fix it right there on the spot. He also gave me free tempered glass screen protector and a much better case just so I could have a worry free vacation. Not just great service, Alex is great people.
